and I looked it up and bygollie she was right. The last person to see Caylee & Casey together. It was a guy name james who worked in a computor store.

I can't remember - was that Walmart security video one of the ones shown the other day? I didn't think so, but..?

Did anyone notice how Cindy got choked up as Linda was approaching questions regarding June 15th? I think she was preparing herself to lie and then Linda didnt really ask anything that was incriminating.

Im somewhat dissappointed at the states method of questioning. For example the store shopping spree videos were played with no testimoney of Amy backing up the thefts, so to the jury whom we assume knows little of this case, what was the big deal? she was at target, so what? Penneys, so what? Unless they show she was on a shopping sprees with stolen money, why bother to show the tapes? Duh....Now they will have to show them again and explain when and if Amy testifies..... So far I give the state a C-

IMO the biggest revelation from CA testimony is -- on June 16th the flurry of phone calls CA received at work from ICA - was ICA looking for a sitter - and one of the only few times CA said "NO" - ICA gave CA the ultimate punishment for that ...and CA will have to live with that for the rest of her life

Ohhhhh, I knew it!!! I've never believed ICA was seeking help in any other way. Just someone to keep Caylee so she could have movie night with Tony.

imo the biggest revelation from ca testimony is -- on june 16th the flurry of phone calls ca received at work from ica - was ica looking for a sitter - and one of the only few times ca said "no" - ica gave ca the ultimate punishment for that ...and ca will have to live with that for the rest of her life

They are going to try and talk about the stolen money, but so far the judge is not allowing them to. It is too prejudicial. So they need to find a way to get it in. But since the jury knows she did not really have a job and they see her shopping all of that time, they must be wondering...

Also, the reason Linda did not ask about the incriminating stuff like the fight--it is because Cindy already denied it under oath in previous testimony. So if she suddenly changed her story now, the DT could impeach her and she would not be able to testify anymore.

Did anybody else notice when she was being questioned about weather her kids were required to pay rent, etc...CA was going on about having the kids pull their weight and she mentioned that she was more lenient on Lee.

I felt that comment didn't paint the A's in a good light. Wonder if JB is going to question about that.

Wow, Chiquita, great job transcribing the testimony!!! I have been unable to watch or listen today. CA's testimony is a huge blow to the defense, IMO.

That is what Jojo stated in his testimony. Maybe KC had planned to take Caylee to Tonys and that was not an option......
Plan A: take Caylee- failed
Plan B: find a sitter- failed
Plan C: ??

IMO

Everyone is so focused on the myspace posting. Honestly that was never going to come in. It is an editorial or opinion piece by a witness so it carries no evidentiary value in and of itself, and the witness can be questioned to give the same information.

I think that Cindy did give one of the most damning bits of testimony today. It was subtle but when she talked about sleeping with Caylee's teddy bear, and then when it disappeared after she told KC about it. It is an extremely powerful image. In one simple statement the jury saw everything they need to know about the dynamic between KC, CA and Caylee. In a simple sentence it became clear that KC deliberately intended to deny Caylee to CA. It was an act of erasure. And this goes to the heart of 1st degree murder. The removal of the bear shows an act of intentional and specific petty follow up to Caylee's disapearence. In short it shows premeditation and puts the DP on the table in an extremely powerful and unexpected way.

Ok, I watched the clip of the break and thought CA reveled some real damaging stuff. I just read CA statements, and I don't see why ICA is totally freaking out. What exactly did CA say ? they haven't got to the part about GA, LA and SA. CA didn't say ICA was a bad Mom. Hasn't even said she didn't believe ICA wasn't working, etc.

Wow! If she freaks out over this, wow, just wow!

George has said that is what she told him also. The big elephant in the room for me is what did she plan on doing with Caylee? We know her real plans were to stay with Tony. Tony did not allow Caylee for sleepovers. With what we know I can't think of any other explanation than Casey using chloroform, duct tape and the trunk as a baby sitter.

Couldn't Casey have already killed Caylee when she spoke with her mother, and that was just a ruse to explain why she wasn't going to be home so CA wouldn't call her looking for her? I just believe the event occurred at the house after GA went to work, rather than Caylee dying in the trunk.

Holy smokes you're right! They're showing this part on HLN right now!! And LDB emphasized that GA was working so there was no one to watch Caylee!

IMO

There are a lot of folks my age (47) and older that don't realize what is public/private on Myspace or Facebook. It doesn't surprise me at all.


Personally, I can't wait to hear CA's testimony...re: the fight, the smell, the pizza, and the nanny. I have been really, really hard on CA but I think I am finally beginning to understand...this for me has been the aha moment!!

I only have sons (grown) but I can imagine that if I had a girl with a child I would expect her to help more with housekeeping, cooking, taking care of her own child. Might not be fair, but I can see that happening.

By this time Lee wasn't living at home, so I definitely would not expect him to help out with anything there.
