Man...that is a very hard question to answer! The only true thing I can come up with is that KC and JG actually were engaged.

The state tested everyone for paternity already. George is NOT the father and the state can prove that.

He is clearly pointing out all of Casey's lies. He is going for the penalty phase trying to paint her as a disturbed individual. He knows he can't win this.

But he is also trying to discredit Cindy as a caring loving mother because after all she should have known that Casey was not telling the truth. MOO

I thought Casey just made went into her "world" after the trauma of Caylee dying, he is now indicating that she was a pathological liar her whole life. Two different things in my opinion.

No, but I think they are setting up that ICA suffers from severe mental delusions, and her parents never did anything to get it diagnosed. The DT will say this is why no record exists of any sort of mental diagnosis...that the parents willfully went along with delusions, even though the writing was on the wall that they were, in fact, delusions.

JB is trying to yank the state's thunder. Trying to blame the parents for not checking on the imaginary people. Interesting how these people had such interesting lives, including illness and so many deaths. JB's trying to blame this business on GA probably and how CA never paid attention to what's going on with her daughter.

Which is going to backfire, if you ask me. Casey was an adult when she had Caylee. Her parents didn't have to do anything. They chose to out of love.

Baez is a nut.... How is showing that Cindy BELIEVED all of Caseys lies helping him? Especially after he just tried to prove that she didn't believe Casey when she said she wasn't pregnant?!?!

He's using Cindy to get all this in, so he doesn't have to let the prosecution cross KC on the stand...won't need to put KC on the stand....this is pretty much the questions that he would ask KC if she was on the stand.

Won't work tho! Jury will only sympathize with Cindy.

I think it was easy for cindy to believe KC about these fake friends because I don't think any human being expects someone to LIE about casual things such as friends etc. About abuse yes, but casual everyday things? NO

This will not work. NO WAY cindy could have believed that these were lies - no way.

If I were on this jury... I would be asking myself... if Casey was so willing to lie about all these other people and things... why should I believe her when she says Caylee drowned?

Also, I would also question... if Cindy believed all these lies Casey had told her about all these people... why wouldn't she believe Casey when she told her about the abuse??
