I was trying to figure out why she was shaking her head no during the Universal tapes. It was her talking, was she saying that ain't me.

I noticed her shaking her head "no" when GA was talking. Also, when he was talking, she would whisper sweet lies to the sweater supplying defense atty.

I've observed her doing that numerous times when it absolutely cannot be no or denial or some sort of similar explanation. I cannot figure out what she is thinking/doing. One example is where LDB is retelling Casey's actions/words that are proven already and she just does it the whole time. Nothing at all that LDB is saying would require a denial or anything like it.

As I look at video from Casey in court today somethinh really strange, imo.

Is it me, or is there a swollen vein coming from the top of her eyebrows to her hairline. It is like she has grown bumps or horns overnight. I am NOT being snarky, being observant.
Like she has swollen lymph glands but in her forehead somehow.

Sorry, but she looked oddly evil today. She has looked pretty in court recently at times. but today she looked strange and deformed. I wonder if she had a reaction or allergic response of some kind to cause this in her face?

I noticed something different about her face today too. I thought she may have been bloated but I see exactly what you're talking about. It does look like horns. Very strange.

I beat before it is over that juror will be the first to find her guilty. IMO

I always had a good feeling about her. Just didn't think she would buy Casey's bull nor like how she played her parents all this time.

Someone a while ago, I think it was KaRN, said she looks like she has temporal wasting, a sign of malnutrition. Her temples look sunken in. And the other day CA said she could tell she's not eating. I think she's starving herself to look smaller/more vulnerable/cuter, whatever. JMO

You could be right. She doesn't look good that's for sure. I hate to sound snarky, but she is looking very ugly right now. And at her best, she wasn't nearly as pretty as she thinks she is. During those hot body contest days, she looked attractive at best, but now she is downright homely.

Inner beauty shows through. KC doesn't have that. She is very, very ugly inside. I think, no matter what NG reports, she knows this and it repulses her.

The thing is, the DT got these tapes in discovery yet they CHOSE to go with the theory that they went with. They FAILED at their job. If they are going to make up a theory, they have to make one up that fits the evidence, half of which I don't thing the DT even read or viewed. They should have just said accident, panicked, covered it up.

ML: Interesting that with the videotapes being played, a lot of the defense O/S is being crushed; defense raises issue about mistrial, because it hurts their theory (paraphrased).

NG: Even after DT dropped the bombshell about molestation, they didn't say anything about it with GA/LA

ML: Issue wasn't raised in direct; no evidence of it; only person who could raise it would be Casey herself.

EO: Defense can call LA during their case.

PO: Here's a prediction: Casey will take the stand against lawyer advice; no other way to get in the sexual abuse.

Caller: Defense wants us to believe that a 20 yr. veteran of LE, finds his granddaughter and goes on to cover it up? Wants opinion on defense........

NG: Thought defense was outlandish, but then thought maybe they might get one juror, but then adding molestation the DT lost it right there.

Paul Penzone, fmr. LE: What makes it difficult for investigators, there have been so few, if any truths in this case; definitely a sociopath.

Oh you missed a good ending! The DT gave SA a new expert witness....a grief specialist/motivational speaker and a disc with GAs medical records. They are going to litigate the expert witness Saturday I think.
