LA - how are we coming with any other communication?
ICA - pretty good - i'm in the process.
LA - I understand what you are saying and I look forward to the details in a personal message. Aside from that, there are things that may help you. Specifically, on the day Caylee went missing. Am I correct that you had spoken to 3 people over the phone, 2 of those via text, prior to reaching out to Mom?
ICA - throughout that period, yes.
LA - I already know who they are. Are any of them involved?
ICA - There's potential for that. I'm thinking possibly yes. It's my gut feeling and every day it's getting a little stronger.
LA - not to call those names out, but 2 out of those 3 you had texted?
ICA - Yes.
LA - down to those 2? Same thing for those 2?
ICA - Yes.
LA - there's one you talked to via text first and one second.
ICA - I don't know the order.
LA - How about frequency. One you spoke to more frequently.
ICA - I don't know which to focus on more. Both need to have some attention.
LA - Okay, perfect. Any of those 3 people, would they have talked to each other prior to this?
ICA - potentially, they were all intertwined.
LA - The evening, and into the next day. I saw your calls to the place that would deliver food (on the 17th), saw that you had made a few calls there.
ICA - That was probably Tony's roommate.
LA - You had mentioned that you had been out and about during your search. Could you give me an idea when?
ICA - It would have been during the day. Nothing would have been at night whatsoever.
LA - During the day would you have reached out to any of those people?
ICA - No not to my knowledge.
LA - About the other cell phone, can you tell me where it was purchased? Was it purchased for you by someone else? Do you remember when you purchased it?
ICA - I might have the receipt at home. Purchased in the last 3 months.
LA - back to the three people you talked to that day, back to the other person I mentioned so much, I already know your feelings toward this person. It's noted. You had a fairly long conversation with this person after lunch and about 2 hours before reaching out to Mom. If I was to talk to that person specifically, would she feel comfortable to open up to me?
ICA - I would think so.
LA - I'm going to reach out to that person. I'll call those guys the Full Sail crew. Do you remember when any of them would have actually physically met Caylee for the first time?
ICA - Last week of may, first week of June.
LA - how would that have gone down?
ICA - the first time they met her I brought her to the apartment. They knew about her before that.
LA - If I were looking for the Nanny's place, would it be familiar to another friend you may have?
ICA - That would be pretty much on the money.
LA - In the same complex?
ICA - I do have a friend who lives in the same complex or neighborhood, yes.

ICA - yes.
LA - they could have been interchanged?
ICA - Absolutely.
