video is playing... keep posts focused on what is playing on the video... thanks :-)

wonder if lee was in back yard when dog hit on playhouse and not pool. He may be a witness for the dog! moo

Hey, I think I saw the body before gerus

OMGosh! Watch ICA when she looks at the video!

Continued Direct Examination of Jason Forgey by LDB.

Video published to the Jury. Officer Forgey says he does not come into view until 15:45 on the video taken by the helicopter with infrared lighting. At the time they are performing, he did not know where the body was.

LDB wants to start at 15:45. JB renews all previous objections.

Video is started.

(There is no audio and it is hard for me to see. Can't report much to you all - sorry.)

Now I can see the body in the water. The water is light and the ground is dark.

(ICA is watching the monitor on and off.)

We can now see the dog and he is close to the body.

End of tape.

At least they are skipping over the first 15 minutes. Am still bored. Will JB ask him if he speaks fluent "dog"? Wouldn't surprise me at this point.

What do you know, no one on IS is yapping away during the video

Is that a real body in the water? Or is this more training stuff?

Interesting the KC did not react to the sight of a body in water, isn't it?

You can see the body floating face down in the video close to the bank, it is black and not white so it is not emitting heat Like the handler and dog. The video makes the surface look flat but the terrain is actually steep a decline into the retention pond area, tall grasses. Gerus guides the Deputy to the body.
