I noticed that body language also ... it looks VERY strained....
I believe some embarrassing computer evidence is about to be revealed about George.... IMO

I agree..the DT will tie in the searches for Escort services

In the end, it all comes down to the totality of the evidence. And that - in my humble and non-lawyer-type-person opinion - is overwhelmingly AGAINST ICA.
:twocents:

And add in her facial expressions, or lack thereof, in the courtroom, this jury IS noticing that.

I'm still not worried. We still have Tim Miller to testify, who will say that when he arrived at the Anthony home, KC acted like a cheerleader, never mentioning her daughter. What kind of person does that, when a search and rescue comes to help?

That is as big as I can put it on here but I have my original file if you want to PM your email I can send it over.

I also changed it a bit and put it in my siggy if that helps! :seeya:

YOW! That's scary.

Good Morning All!!!

Hope the body language expert doesn't look at GA and CA. They are sitting as far apart as possible while still sitting next to each other!! CA looks to be working on something yet again!! Wonder what it could be? Hopefully not a book.

From watching the Inmate and Cindy over the past few days, I am convinced that Cindy is texting with the Inmate through Lisabeth Fryer's cell phone and also through Sims. It appears to me that the Inmate is rebuffing whatever Cindy is trying to convey to her. I believe I saw the Inmate mouth the words "it's not gonna happen" yesterday, to Sims.

re: password on home computer

The different recollections of what was said to LA about the password (bank login, myspace login, etc.) got to me, so I went and researched it.

The video can be found here: http://www.wftv.com/video/18212494/index.html

At 13:35 of the video, the talk about the computers starts. ICA says nothing is on the laptop, and LA should focus on the desktop. At around 14:40 of the video, LA tells her he needs her login information for the desktop and she tells him the password is "rico234." He tells her that doesn't work and she continues to insist that that is what she used the last time she logged in.

So...back to my question asked when the true password was revealed....Was ICA intentionally trying to keep LA out of that section of the computer?

They really really need to replay that section for the jury. After four hours of tape, it's unlikely that little information stuck with them.

That would be illegal, no? Cindy is still a witness and anything Casey may say to her could be viewed and witness tampering

That was A.W.E.S.O.M.E!

DT didn't even TRY very hard on cross/recross....

GO TEAM CAYLEE!

LKB makes me nuts! She is insinuating that RM thought of the chloroform 1st, so it must be his fault!! :banghead:

Going back to March, wasn't it round about that time that ICA was saying she needed to be admitted somewhere or receive treatment as she thought she was having a breakdown?

Also she was searching for self defense and household weapons, I wonder why?

In the first collect call from jail, she talks to ?Kristen? and gives her a password for the yahoo account. It is Cayse234 or Casee234. So, it's possible she got them mixed up? Or was intentionally being obtuse to Lee. It would be impossible to say for sure, IMO.

I know - lets try REASONABLE DOUBT for 3 other people who MAY have done this....WOW

She always says stuff like that. It is like do you seriously take the jury to be complete morons.

I wondered about that, too. Also, how can Casey texting with Cindy, who is also a witness, be considered "being very involved in her case"?
