Does anyone have a site with case transcript from previous murder cases? I was reading an article just now and another woman, Kenisha Berry, was sentenced to death because she murdered her infant son by placing duct tape around his mouth and nose. I'd love to dive into the case and see whether or not there are any similiarities in the prosecution and defense tactics..

Nevermind. I found one of the appeal. And this is freaky: the man who the found the body of the child in a trashbag was named Roy.

Hi I don't get a chance to post much but I read all the time. I only have 5 min breaks at work to get on so most of the time when I read it is well behind where you guys are... but I was looking at the sociopath/narcissistic information and I knew that was what Ted Bundy was. So I looked at some stuff and I noticed strikingly similar photos of him and her. I merged alot of the pictures in photoshop and I wanted to see if you guys think it is somewhat creepy also.

Great work SusieT, is there anyway to get it larger......or am I having problems because I'm on an iPad? Awesome job!

I've been trying really hard not to watch media coverage of the trial so that the mock juror is not tainted (lol). You guys have no idea how hard it is NOT to hear anything about this trial outside of the court room. It's literally everywhere...radio, tv, grocery store chatter. Hubby and I finally had to break down and buy the first season of Deadwood so I can watch TV at night without catching Casey commentary while flipping channels. Made me think of the few outtings HHJP has arranged for this jury. That must have been quiet a task to prepare for. Even a little thing like getting them to 5 Guys for lunch yesterday must have been a huge undertaking.

HHJP must be a truly wonderful man.

I was following the trial on facebook yesterday and i saw something funny. A poster wrote that they hoped they would bring the dog into the court room. Maybe it would run up and bite casy in the arse.:floorlaugh:

Morning all! I have to go bake a chocolate fudge cake for my soon to be mother in laws birthday today so I'll be in and out this morning! I want to get it done before it gets too hot here and the frosting has to be put on a hot cake so the timing is tricky to get the frosting done at the same time the cake comes out of the oven.

Testimony is ALWAYS more compelling if misspelled for the jury on a big ole wrinkled pad of paper! Iorn.

Good morning everyone. I was unable to watch any of the testimony from the FBI Chemist but I heard on the news that everything he stated contradicted the testimony of Dr. Vass. Is this true?

He did contradict Dr. Vass's findings. But on further questioning by JA it was found that the carpet liner was sent to his lab in a cardboard box and chloroform being a volatile compound would have leaked and disappeared. He agreed with JA that it was surprising he found any residue of chloroform at all.
He is also using a different test than Dr. Vass - the air sample was collected and stored & sealed in a metal canister so the test is very different.

Just watched the Today show & they were depicting the State as having took a hit yesterday & not showing KC as the murderer. Also, the hinky meter also stated the State had a bad day yesterday. What do you think? I still say the State has a strong case against her. I am not a lawyer in any sense of the word, just a regular "Jane", but it makes me verrrry nervous when I hear these opinions. She can't get away with this (can she?)

I think it is par for the course to keep viewers interested enough to tune in....if their report stated EVERY day that the prosecution was making a slam dunk and defense were not, viewers wold become disinterested....

Yes, and the interesting thing was jurors were really taking notes on it too. I think they got it.

It was reported yesterday that Lee had been "out in the hall" all day..Not sure why he didn't come into the courtroom since he's allowed..It was either KB or IS that said he's going to be on the stand again very soon since they're now getting into their 'August' timeline..They will be questioning Lee on what he was doing during that time to find Caylee.

It's gonna be brutally HOT here today too
