Not being snarky, but I do have to ask: basic spelling... at the basics, shouldn't a lawyer know how to spell?

I really won't fault JB for the spelling, as I am an awful speller!! But you would think he might have practiced these exhibits if was going to be doing them himself.

Is the markers and stick people possibly to distract the jury? I'm trying to figure out why on earth he would use doodles on an easel, especially right after a high tech presentation from SA. It certainly was distracting to me.

When Baez got his easel out and his 4 coloured pens in response, I nearly lost it - is this the best they can do? Baez should have saved some money for presentations because what he is doing is a joke.
