After the tattoo testimony and there was an objection and a sidebar and the jury was out, they all stood, and the Inmate twisted her back and grimaced as if in pain, then whispered to JB, without covering her mouth, and I clearly saw her say

"rub my back ... if I rub your back ... will you rub mine?" then a sexy smile, then sat down

I was shocked at how inappropriate that was, and that the Inmate seems to think she is on a date, instead of in a murder trial where her life in at risk!

Don't most defendants look like this when they are on trial for murder?

Several stipulations today. The jury WILL get to see all the photobucket photos when they go into deliberations. All of the items of evidence that have been entered will be seen by the jurors.

- stipulations regarding WFTV video on July 20, 2008, Lee at command post with
duct tape on Caylee missing poster

- stipulations regarding Cindy employment at Gentiva - January 1, 2008 through
July 16, 2008 - time card history report

- stipulations regarding George employment at Security Forces
Jan 16, 2008 through July 4, 2008 - weekly time reports

- stipulations regarding Photobucket photos from May 24, 2007 through
July 16, 2008

Help! I'm drawing a blank here. I know there was testimony about computer searches that were deleted the early morning hours of July 16, 2008, but did the jury ever hear about the period during the 31 days that ICA deleted hundreds of photos of Caylee?

If not they should. Shows how she basically wiped her off the face of the earth, IMO.

Anybody know why the meaning of the tattoo was not given in court? I don't understand why they could not explain what it meant. As usual I am confused, lol.:loser:

My memory is not so good these days (thyroid fog crapola!) but I think the tattoo guy asked ICA what it meant and she told him and LDB was going to ask him and introduce the meaning that way, but some objection by DT paused it and that is why the dictionary page is being submitted?

Okay, did I mis-remember?

There is no doubt in my mind that CA and GA were in denial. What happened to them was the worst thing that could ever happen. I tend to give them a "free pass" more so than alot of others here. I think they are in the mode now that they know they can't help thier grandaughter, so they must at least help their daughter from the DP. God bless George and Cindy for even lasting through this nightmare so far.
No free passes from me for obstruction of justice to the n'th degree...However, there is a time and a place and if such discussions will take away from Caylee getting justice, I'm quite prepared to "play the game" and wait.

Before court started this morning, Baez plopped down the power box and laptop cord in front of the Inmate, and she used a folder to shove it towards Sims, and mouthed "I'm not touching it..." and did not plug it in under the table as she has been doing.

Also, when the Inmate would whisper to Sims today, Sims would purposefully lower her monitor so the Inmate could not read it.

Looks to me like someone had a talking to with the Inmate and reminded her that she is in custody [minus the ankle chains thanks to Judge Perry's kindness], and not a paralegal or legal assistant at the defense table.

I think she is still ticked cause the guard made her put it down and go back to her "dorm" room last week. We know two year olds like to pout and some even like to hit............

I just sayin.........

Because the tattooist isn't a chemist! J/K. The defense objected. Would saying "Casey said it means blah, blah, blah be hearsay?

So the jury will get it from the Italian - English dictionary instead.

I'm disappointed that I'm going to miss the beginning of the defense case on Thursday........I had hoped they would begin tomorrow or Friday.

Our oldest grandson is graduating from high school on Thursday, and I wouldn't miss that for anything! We're going to be gone for most of the day with a late morning classroom presentation, lunch, the graduation in the mid afternoon, and then a family barbecue afterward.

I'm relying on all here to chronicle the day's events in the courtroom. I'll be spending the evening catching up on all I missed. :)

I also noticed she got escorted out pretty quickly at the end of proceedings. Was thinking to myself maybe somebody got a talking to.

If the defense brings Jesse G. in, the prosecution can ask him about that since he is the one that noted the mass deletions of photos of Caylee.

Enjoy the graduation!!! And besides getting to catch up here on everyones postings, there is the wftv replays, which I am so thankful for when I gotta go to work and can't watch during the day.

I hate to see it end but I don't know if I have the stomach for the hogwash the defense is going to present.

Is tomorrow a dark day???

The SA is bringing in the dictionary and something else. :waitasec: Should take ten minutes (without sidebars). JB will not be ready to start until Thursday.
