Mornin y'all...I am very concerned about the duct tape evidence.VERY CONCERNED. the hair evidence also took a beating yesterday.

I hope that in closing...the state can clearly draw the line from the tape's origins to over Caylee's mouth. I have an issue with the photo of the tape after it was removed. to me...because of the way it looks...I don't see how it shows evidence of murder....maybe the skull photos are very telling....and i have not seen those.

also the hair testimony was rather unmoving.

if Casey gets off...where will she go? omg...how scary....

The Judge was telling the Jury that the state was almost finished and the defense would begin Wed. or Thurs. They went to sidebar and CM was complaining the Judge told the jury they were presenting a case when they may or may not. JP said 'then ya'll liked to me'. Mason said 'no'. JP said 'yes the hell yes you did'. Mason said they were going to present evidence so not to worry about it and JP said 'I can't trust anything ya'll say'.

I paraphrased but that is the gist of it I think.

I had the same reaction; mouth open, shock.

The DT couldn't expect they could push HHJP and push and push some more and never get any blow back. A person can only take so much, even HHJP, who has been very lenient with the defense, and they took advantage. He's obviously so frustrated with them that he voiced it on the record, which he probably regrets, but there we have it nonetheless, for everyone to see, that Chief Judge Belvin Perry, Jr. doesn't trust CM or Baez.

This is a total gist and paraphrase but this is what I got from it....

CM wanted HHJP to say that the defense was not obligated to give any evidence. HHJP said the you lied to me. And CM said no he didn't. HHJP say the hell you did. That they said they had testimony and evidence. JB and CM acknowledged they did but they still wanted HHJP to say that they didn't have to present it if they didn't want to. And HHJP said I can't trust anything the DT has to say.
