In order to impeach a witness you have to first prove the the witness is giving conflicting testimony. He hadn't gotten her to conflict. She said she did not recall. So he can't impeach her. First he has to offer her the deposition to refresh.

Can you point out exactly what lie she said? It's a serious question.

OK this is where is see red flags in this testimony.

Cindy had short hair in the time when Caylee went missing. She tried to say not long before her hair was long.

She also added that Lee and Casey had gone to visit her mother and her mother had been in the car. Yet she couldn't say when.

She also added that she and George sometimes used the car.

She changed her testimony that the laundry bag was in the shed. When in fact her deposition showedm Cindy stated it was in Caylee's bedroom holding balls.

She couldn't remember the Poo blanket going missing saying she hadn't seen it since May. Yet Remembered on July 3 the Teddy bear going missing.

She stated that she didn't think the duct tape came from her home that was used to hang fliers. Yet in her deposition she stated it had. She added that Kidfinders and George had gone out and purchased some. Well Henkel Duct tape is no longer manufactured and so it couldn't have been purchased by Kidfinders.

There was a picture in the distance circled by LDB and Cindy couldn't identify it. It was George.

She couldn't recognize a photo on the screen that was exactly the one that she agreed in a deposition came from her home. Caylee with heart sticker.

These are huge red flags IMO. Huge.

Yes, it does matter. She lied before to help ICA and now she's not lying without impeaching herself. I think she may have realized what she did was wrong but can't really do anyting about it now.

If she was telling the truth then and is lying now then that is completely different than the first scenario.

This harkens me back to JB cross examining George and asking him if he would ever lie to save his daughter's life?......Hummmmm Wonder if GA is going to be up there again???...

Baez is trying to get Cindy to say that since Casey did not remove the duct tape from the home on either of her trips home from jail, that she must not have been concerned or worried about duct tape in the house.

EXCEPT that no one knew that duct tape was important until long after Casey's last trip home, and Casey NEVER dreamed that little Caylee's body would ever be found, therefore, she was not worried about duct tape.

Caylee had on the shirt at RM's. He sold the picture after Caylee went missing.

Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!I have been trying to explain that to the other posters......Caylee had that shirt in January of 2008 as pictured in RM pictures! I find it hard to believe that ICA hid that shirt from the A's for 6 months......GA claimed he saw Caylee almost everyday up until the time she went missing, but no one ever saw here in the "Big Trouble" shirt???? :banghead:

Am I crazy, but isn't it just a NO BRAINER that once you get to the end of a roll of duct tape you are able to read the manufacturer information better? So if this roll was at the end why would they find it in the house? Wouldn't it be finished/done?

Who buys multiple rolls of duct tape anyway?

I buy a 3 roll pack at a time at the Home Depot. I know it has writing on it...but I have no idea what it says...where it all goes....cause i buy some almost every year

My point is: There is a picture of Caylee wearing the exact same shirt in RM's picture taken in January 2008. So saying ICA bought it with the plan to kill her would be moot, as would saying she bought with the money she stole from AH. The timeline does not coincide. I just find it hard to believe that ICA "hid" this particular shirt from the Anthony's for 6 months! All ICA BF's have claimed that none of Caylee's clothes were left their homes......and GA kept ICA car cleaned...........so you tell me where was this shirt hidden for 6 months?

At the bottom of the laundry drawer? Back of the clothes drawer?
If Caylee had a lot of clothes one set might go forgotten.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I think city is asking what CA has lied about today during her testimony.

Not to mention, several things posted above are opinions/perceptions.

CA never said she was a nurse of decompostion- that is incorrect and does not even make sense, as there is no such thing. I cannot remember or find the exact quote from her testimony, but it is something like "I am familiar with that smell, as a nurse, of decomposition". She is not calling herself a nurse of decomposition- there is no such thing...you cannot nurse decomposition. :banghead:
