Remember JA is a DNA expert he is the first to bring it into the courts. I think JB is going down the wrong path here.

what do you mean?

IIRC it was touch DNA that left the contaminated DNA on the duct tape from the FBI analyst. I just don't want that even mentioned since it wasn't even used by the SA.

GA looks like he's about to lose it. That poor, poor soul. My heart is broken for him.

I loathe that board. I cannot for the life of me imagine what he thinks he is accomplishing by using it outside of alienating jurors. I have yet to see him use it effectively in a way that might be considered a useful aid to his examination. :furious:

He's been paid how much so far?

I'm only going to be here a few more minutes. My pain is almost unbearable, but I wanted to hang with my buddies as long as i could. Please note the links in my siggy. :seeya:

Taking bets how long it is before he thinks it is off and says something he should not.

Shooot. I thought that Baez wouldn't put a defense. I should have realized his ego is too big to resist this chance.

.....On no, not the coloring board. I hope they talk him out of the drawing lesson.

He hasn't so far.

Low copy number DNA vs. Touch DNA

(This is really informative IMHO especially for other cases we read) JMHO.

Any screen caps of GA? (I'm sneaking in from work, so TIA!)

I've noticed that George consistently puts his index finger to his mouth (in a "Shhhhhh" fashion) and keeps it there in a very seemingly nonchalant way when the camera is on him and Cindy.

:waitasec: You can see George and Cindy when the camera is not on them?

Cmon! I have to leave and I don't want to until I hear JAs cross! BTW this lady looks just like one of my coworkers. Freaky.

Does this witness speak extremely loudly or is it my speakers?

Make her STOP!!! Why id HHJP allowing this?? Has nothing to do with this case!!

Thanks for that. I figured it was something cellular going on, but I'm not a biologist. (or a chemist!)

Without trauma, decomposing tissue would not have blood (the red cell portion that is. The liquid portion - serum, and white cells do migrate in and out of blood vessels, but the red cells stay within the vessels.) I believe their does come a point when everything breaks down though. I am not a decompostion specialist.

You know things are bad when my wife says she doesn't mind the brief commercial break that just hit here.
