I read that DC, the PI went to the remains site because of KC's friend, Kiomarie who told police that KC and her used to hang out at that place when they were in high school and bury pets there. Also, DC stated that when he went there to just check out the area, by chance he got a call from a psychic who told him the remains were around there and tried to guide him to them, but he never found them. I don't think LA knew about this.

His visit to and search of the remains area coincides with something MAJOR changing in the A family public dynamics. That is the same time as CA's infamous silent interview. Press conferences were cancelled. It was real apparent that something changed in what they knew right then. DC was not just CA's PI. He also initially worked for KC and JB. I have always suspected that DC had some knowledge from his time with KC and JB, let it slip when he started being buddy buddy with CA and she sent him into the woods to confirm it. The whole "psychic told me" story is about as believable as "aliens took her!".

I am not sure why the SA has not used anything involving DC? Maybe because it has no clear value and he is too easily impeached a witness? I will not be surprised if after this is all over the SA doesn't start rounding up and charging some of the assorted clowns in this circus. When that happens DC will be the first one dragged out of the clown car.

Yeah, still watching HLN. I remember Dr Drew from Loveline years ago but I don't know what his medical qualifications are, (he just referred to himself as a "medical person") but he was just explaining his Zanny = xanax theory which I've heard but he just said Xanax is a really expensive medication and Casey switched to chloroform when she ran out of money.

No, it's not. Generic Alprazolam is CHEAP. I have taken it for an anxiety disorder for years and that's a $4 rx at Walmart/Target/your local grocery store's super cheap meds lists. I've never paid more then $10 for a months worth. Making chloroform would be more expensive. Now if he wanted to argue she lost access to xanax source.

I don't know if Casey had medical insurance. I'd guess she was still on her parents policy? No evidence she ever saw a therapist or had a prescription for any benzodiazapine, right? She could have been getting it from a friend/family member but it's not like anyone would cover for her at this point.

I just realized I've made 98 posts here in two weeks. I'm way too obsessed with this case, Not sure what that says about me. :) Dr Drew is interviewing "sharpie lady" and showing video of the insanity of the fist fights this morning. I know it can be hard to distinguish with the absurdity but this is a case about a murdered little girl. Not a three ring circus

Yet I don't look away. Aside, I noted earlier Baez referred to "Caylee's remains" this afternoon. It was after JA had wiped the floor with bug doctor so he was surely stressed out and upset. Has he referred to Caylee by name before like that?

I don't think KC had insurance. GA and CA were paying to keep Caylee on theirs. (which really should have been a huge tipoff that the mother of the year was not some big important person at Universal.)

maybe not a day late, maybe the right day......

ICA is arrogant enough just to testify in an attempt to lash back at Jeff. She really does feel she is superior, even to HHJP.

I totally agree with you on her arrogance and thinking that she is so much more superior to the SA.

I think that she goes to bed at night just gleaming with how she could get over on any of them.

Could she be looking for a babysitter for that evening?

Yes, that could be. Good thinking. Do you know what time those call were made? If not, I'll go look them up.

Added:
4:11pm-6:26pm called Cindy 7 times

Then called home 2 times at 6:02pm and 7:06pm.
Then tried Amy twice 7:20 and 7:21pm

I just looked at the Defense witness list and it has about 65 people...at the rate Baez is going with these witnesses, this case is going to take another 2 months.

I'm so sorry greycoupon but none of us here would have a clue what you mean. ;)

Caylee's remains were tested for xanax and several other things. Nothing was found. Page 35 and 36 of the autopsy report shows the results --

She could have been using over the counter cold/allergy medications on Caylee.

Casey was too old to be on her parents insurance - usually anyone over 19 who is not a full time student is no longer covered - at least it was that way when my children grew up.

And, yes, I am completely obsessed with this case.

That's possible. I think I read that in his transcript with the police and although you could only read a transcript and not hear him, I thought his answers were strange. It seemed like he was embarrassed to admit a psychic had called him and he took it seriously. He made it sound as though just by chance he gets a call from a psychic when he was on his way there or when he was there and he was so surprised. I don't believe in psychics per se, but its possibly he believed in them enough to listen, even though he seemed embarrassed. I remember I thought his answers to the police interview were strange at the time.

Do you think CA had tranquilizer prescriptions for herself in the house? Maybe sticky fingers syndrome.

BBM Now it is until age 26, but I'm not sure if that was the case in 2008

LA Magazine is perhaps working on a profile about him and his recovery center. He is not so forthcoming, as I understand. He is currently under professional pressure.

Pressure to what? Not forthcoming as far as what? I'd love to hear what you know.

Oh, really? I didn't know! Thanks!
