Per Vasco's attorney: Last bad-faith attempt by JB to try to create reasonable doubt.

:floorlaugh::floorlaugh::floorlaugh:he didn't even OWN the phone in 2008! He got the number in 2009! Vasco

Vasco didn't have that phone number until Feb of 2009. He doesn't know why they are involving him in this. End of story.

Why oh why oh why did that lawyer have that press conference??? Just let JB call him as a witness and make an <modsnip> of himself. Takes away the fun of it all.

JB: At this time Your Honor I would move to have Dr. Huntington be submitted as an expert in the field of forensic entomology.
HJBP: What says the state?
SA: No objections.
HJBP: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, the doctor will be accepted as an expert witness in the area tended. You may continue.
JB: Thank you sir. Dr. Huntington, how did you get involved in this case?
Dr. H: I received a phone call from Linda Kenney Baden on, I believe it was December 11th of 2008 asking me if I would be involved in this case she said that there was a...
JB: Let's not talk about what she said.
Dr. H: Okay.
JB: Okay. *nervous laughter* and then did you at that time come down to Florida?
Dr. H: I flew down, I believe it was the 13th because it was a Saturday and I got the phone call on a Thursday night.
JB: Okay. What information were you given to review in this case? Let's start off with what you started with and then progress from there.
Dr. H: Okay. The evidence I received, beginning with I believe the first that I received was the entomology report from the state expert Dr. Neil Haskell. Later I came to Florida, I reviewed some of the evidence there in house at the Orange County Sheriff's Office. Insect evidence I collected from the scene as well as from the trash bag in the trunk of the car. I viewed the car itself, I was later sent a box of insect material that was the majority of what Dr. Haskell had looked at in making his opinions.
JB: Now when you say the majority, was that because he was given later on some vacuum sweepings that came later on in the case?
Dr. H: Yes. There were some sweepings that were recovered from the trunk lining of the vehicle, is my understanding. I haven't received those to look at them but I have received Dr. Haskell's report on those.
JB: So you're aware of what species identifications there were and how many insects?
Dr. H: Yes I am.

not only is this young lawyer very handsome, he is going after JB! Saying it's his last attempt to cause reasonable doubt.

So sad that Soooo many innocent people have been wrongfully accused. SO Sad. jmo

It looks like they are completely backing away from the accidental drowning and George was there. They are arguing time of death now?? I just don't understand the defense. They are all over the place. It is not only confusing, but completely disorganized. It makes absolutely no sense and I am sure the jury is picking up on this.

I don't understand either, how can they just keep going on with this testimony, if it doesn't back up his OS. I really hope the jury is noticing too. Makes me wonder the heck he is going to say in his closing.

ok, VT's lawyer is CUTE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Atty Morgan saying JB acting in bad faith re: VT, in attempt to create reasonable doubt.

My dream cross:
JA: So, Dr, you said you were contacted by LKB on Dec 11, the day Caylee was found?
Dr: Yes
JA: What was LKB's interest in this case at that time?
Dr: She was ICA's attorney.
JA: And LKB, ICA's attorney called you the DAY the body was discovered? Not a week later when it was identified?
Dr. Yes.

JA: No further questions.

Oh,please,let it be so !:rocker:
