Strange...my clock says it's now 9:28am and I'm in Orlando so how could it be later in the courtroom unless their clock is fast.

It's not as JA said it was 9:25 and JB said it was 9:26.

JB's whispering to Casey makes it seem like he's not paying attention to the judge. I think it would be to his benefit to listen to the part where he's going to get penalized, but hey, that's just me.

Again, this is about Baez and how incompetant he is made to look...not only is the State wanting to take my clients life he is now going after her attorney!

Well, when the defense attorney does not play fair or by the rules, then he's got every right...

How dare Baez admit to him sending Dr. Eikenbloom to JA's office on Saturday and not inform JA of this? Or why would he if JA doesn't know what he will be testifying to??? Just more BS from Baez...

His Honor asked them both to look at the clock and tell him what time it was...JA 9:25, your Honor...Baez 9:26...that just shows me you will never agree on anything....nice move, Your Honor....nice... Now he has to school counsel on discovery rules...:maddening:JMHO
