Go JP. Especially when JB is the one that says the 'drowning' happened on June 16th. Again, sit down. Puhlease.

JB wants the state to do his work for him.

Pretty much.

Anyone here that poof sound??? Yeah that's the DT completely disappearing after LDB dropped this bombshell.

LOL if the hard drive was given to you, it was up to you to determine what days to look at? How could it be the fault of the State of FL?

Judge says it was up to defense to look at what days when they were given entire hard drive. Judge says you know what dates were important.

"How could it be the fault of the state of Florida that you chose not to look at any particular date?"

I'm waiting for him to say "because I didn't come up with the drowning story until February, 2011", judge.

"How could it be the fault of the state of Florida that you did not look at specific dates?" Not the exact words but just the fact that he said how could it be the fault of the state of FL for THEM not doing their JOB!? Loved that.

The "it's everyone's fault but mine" defense is working as well for Jose as it is for Casey.

EPIC FAIL!

JB shouldn't use that tone. HHJP is already pissed at him. Is he aiming for contempt?

HHJP - How could it be the fault of the state that you chose not to look at the hard drive and the information on those specific dates?
Umm errr, Mr. Baez he is telling you - you have been freaking lazy and have not done your own research on those days....
It is not the state's job to do your job.

"Someone, either the state or the defense, enlighten me about what this expert is going to testify to."

Trial Flashback - IMO - I remember when JB gave his opening statement, he said it quickly, mumbled and without conviction, it gave him away, his lying. Then panned to ICA, she looked like she was digesting what she knew was a lie, and then permanently compartmentalizing it behind some wall.

I first spelled it: conpartmentalizing it (Freudian Slip?) then I corrected it to: compartmentalizing it.

Holy Crap! JB just admitted he knew that the judges orders were to have all opinions written in the reports!!! :floorlaugh:

So Jose Your client doesnt remember exactly when her daughter drowned? aye right!
