Why is Cindy holding on to Caylee? The child has an excellent life jacket on. I have seen plenty of kids getting into pools that age and Caylee is scared and Cindy is holding on to her to keep her from being scared.

Caylee was loved.
She drowned in the pool; an accident.
911 was not called for help.
GA and/or ICA put duct tape on Caylee's mouth and nose and just threw her in the woods.

or she drowned in the pool 'on purpose.' I've begun to speculate if maybe casey put the ladder up so caylee would wander out and drown. It would be a way to get rid of her and still justify in her mind that it was an accident.

Didnt Cindy call George and ask him if he left the pool ladder up and the fence open?

What if KC was going to go swimming with Caylee put the ladder up and then
got on the computer and forgot about the baby and the pool then went out and found her.

But didnt George say he last saw them leaving and Caylee had her back pack and said bye JoJo.

And why do you think ICA would put duct tape on a drown child?

ITA they have been planing this with the dt from the start. Would not suprise me for ga to get up on the stand and plead the 5th.Poor RK what are they gonna try and do to him. I am sick sick sick.

I don't understand why GA would plead the 5th when defense is planning on bringing in RC to say they had an affair. Anything GA says that implicates himself in any misbehavior also implicates Lee. Would you do that to your son when you know you are innocent and he is as well?

If these abuse statements from defense true wouldn't the "Mother of the Year" want to get her daughter as far away as possible from her parents home???? KC had no plans to ever leave home. CA was pushing her out because of the constant abuse of CA's credit cards. jmo

I have to honestly say if GA gets up and confesses to molestation of ICA I am going to have to quit watching this trial and just wait for deliberations. I honestly can't deal with what is happening.

Unfortunately, I think George is going to take the blame and say he molested her or say he may have done something untoward and he's gotten help since or something.

I keep hearing about "there's nothing stronger than a Mother's love".........I DISAGREE. There is, it's the love you have for a GRANDCHILD. So yes, Cindy CHOSE ICA over Caylee.

THANK YOU!!! I'm a 1st time grandma....the love I have for our little guy is overwhelming! I had no idea how intense and joyful the love for a grandchild could be. CA made her choice. Caylee isn't important to her as ICA.

When my runaway sister was still living at home, even though she was doing negative bad things, she still got all the attention and focus. She destroyed the family, I resented and still resent some of her actions today like accusing my father of molesting her, which she has never apologized for even 15 years + later after admitting it was a lie to police shortly after the accusation was made. That hurt my father deeply.

She went on to live at foster homes and promised she would come see me and do things which never happened. Then she pops back up at 18 dating a 40 year old, gets pregnant and goes on to have 3 sons with different fathers. Thank god she can no longer have children.
