Either way I return to work Monday and will only have WS to keep me informed with the truth. I will so miss all of you and watching the trial on a daily basis.
I will also miss breakfast, lunch & tequila! I am sooooo bummed!

Even if the jury has a verdict quickly, a guilty verdict on any of the numerous charges moves the trial into the penalty phase. This brings more testimony. They cannot be finished before the holiday.

Listening to today's various testimonies has been quite the 'through the wringer'
kinda ride. Wow. I've been following this saga since day one. Lots of good info. on this site,and I'm impressed with the intelligent discourse.

so is she implying that Caylee "Marie" was named after Kio"marie"? Yeah, that's it. It had nothing to do with Casey "Marie".

I hear ya, GetSmart. Do I believe Caylee was named Marie after Kio Marie? HECK NO!

But, do I believe Casey would actually TELL Kio that Caylee was named after her, in order to ingratiate herself with Kio for whatever reason? Sure sounds like Casey's MO to me!

No shots at you, but I have to take one shot at Lee, well an observation, anyway. How fortunate it was that he came to the stand prepared with tissues, or was that a borrowed pocket square/hanky?

And, wasn't that touching that that mean ole Mr. Baez who only a few weeks ago went on national television and accused him, and his father of some ungodly, horrific things; and comforts him.

He accuses Cindy of being so controlling, and that everyone feared her, yet today, when she cries, that mean ole Mr. Baez calmly asks her if "she needs some time". sob-sob -"Na-na-Noooo......I can go on, I'm fine".
What a stand up guy all of a sudden.

Well, let's look it at this way folks.
If by chance the Anthony's manage to fool the jury and she get's a mistrial, the State is sitting outside in the parking ramp to slap warrants on the rest of the family.

They'll have their depo's already, and have them on film, so they won't need their testimony any longer.
There are plenty of charges to go around to keep them eating Bologna for a long time.

I am not a lawyer,but I only thought it was 1st it would go to the penalty,she can not get the DP for 2nd or mans

I think the whole point of the pictures was to imply that Caylee could get up the ladder by herself, but more importantly - my, look at this happy family - does it LOOK like any of could murder anybody??? More spaghetti - especially the one with Caylee and Casey wrestling around.

Caylee's little remains were absent of Caylee's entire right foot. It seems to me the absence of shoes is beside the point.

It was in reference to a question asked by a PP if there were shoes found along with her remains.

I am pretty sure the jury will dismiss this whole pregnancy thing. We all know people who deny or don't tell about their pregnancies until they are very far along.
I think CA knew the truth but knew better than to keep confronting ICA, knowing the truth would have to come out sometime and didn't want ICA to freak out. The jury is ignoring it- I'd bet some good moeny on it.

Respectfully, IMO, I would think CA, being the controlling person that she is, would have insisted KC be taken to an OB asap. JIMO

Hi, All! This is my first post, although I have been reading in here for a few weeks now. After watching CA lie yesterday, I couldn't wait to get home to watch NG rip her a new one...but instead, I got to see her sympathize with her. Ugh! But at least I have all of you around to help me remember I am not crazy.

I caught most of LA's testimony today-creeptastic. I read about famous juror #4.

Is this chick seriously gonna walk?!

My only comfort is that I felt this exact same way after JB's opening statement. Then it got better.

Anyway, done with my rant. What was the deal with the pool pics today? Was CA trying to say that she now somehow believes that Caylee drowned? Why, then, sit next to George? Why look for Zanny? I am confused.

Sadly, this seems to have been the strategy all along. Sidle and cozy up on the prosecution side, hoping to buy some credibility and then backslide all the way down to pizza in the trunk city. It is all about keeping Casey from the big house, endless media blitzes, book sales, movie sales, interviews, etc. Nothing can convince me otherwise.

LDB grilled CA about her saying she called GA on the 16th about the pool ladder and gate. My bet....phone records will NO phone call to GA.

I thought this was mentioned over the years and Cindy was in work when she called George about the ladder. Anyone else remember this.
