Can someone explain to me the implications of ICA being in the holding cell during part of this situation? Where is she usually just prior to court being in session?

JB still has to call Roy Kronk, GA for admission of abuse and other more recent deeds, a grief counselor, a few experts who shouldn't be allowed due to changing opinions, and hopefully (for my own entertainment of seeing the cross exam) Casey. How is he suppose to finish be Wed or Thurs. Never happen.

I have no idea of CA is lying, I tend to think she believes that her searches for choraphil could have triggered the chloroform fiasco. Its not like CA got up there and said "yes I searched for chloroform 84 times". And I do think its possible her memory is better in hindsight. If you have ever had a traumatic event, you know that as time passes you can remember things you didnt focus on before. I am a nurse, work for a big company and we actually do not ever see our "timecards", as a salaried employee, its not as crucial as other employees who actually punch in. Our office assistant sends in our "time card" but because we cannot do overtime, we simply tell her the hours we have put in and we can "take some time back" when we are not busy, etc. So I dont think the time card thing is as nefarious as it sounds..I do concede I could be entirely wrong about CA and she is lying, Im just not entirely convinced her testimony was as lying and egregious as some think. Time will tell....I hope..

You can also make yourself believe certain things happened. Be brainwashed into believing you did something, and because you want to believe it actually happened, you actually convince yourself it happened. A serious question; as a nurse would you ever google effects of chloroform or anything related to chloroform? I assume someone in your profession knows a great deal about different chemicals and wouldn't need to "google".

Yes that snapshot when it happened live SCARED the crap outta me! Anyone have the clip? I even rewound my dvr to watch it a few times. Anyone know what happened right then?

I hope that wasn't the last expression on Casey's face that poor little Caylee saw....I so hope she simply went to sleep with the chloroform, was taped and never woke up.

I agree! I think ca being seemingly nice to State on direct and seemingly disgusted with DT on cross (first time she took stand) was all an act to make State feel they had flipped sides - so they could catch them off guard when called by defense.
I think LA was crying because he couldn't say what was planned to help save his sister (he couldn't bring himself to tell the lie and face charges himself) and ICA started crying thinking lee would tell the lie and save her then her tears turned toward herself as he didn't do it.
IMHO, they are all acting and have this in their mind planned down to 'avoid being charged themselves' and help ICA as much as they can. Right down to CA chlorophyll A and B led to chloroform BS.
CA body language spoke volumes to me. Head up (arrogant look she had in Morgan depo) and touching and lip pursing (to stick to the script and not say to much, least she slip up with her jabber jaw tendency) in stark contrast to her 'act' the first time she was on the stand.
I hope the state points out to the jury that they can believe most of ca first testimony as there is 911 calls, depo's and media interviews to back up what she testified to then - and that she knew she had to tell them the truth on those aspects of the case, but that she is a mother in fear of losing her daughter and that they might want to consider that when looking at other aspects of her testimony that seem far fetched for a nurse -- looking up alcohol , hydrogen peroxide, etc. She needs to point out that on certain items - cindy is very specific and crystal clear on her memory (youtube video) yet on pertinent facts that would not help her daughter her memory is fuzzy.
Anything else I want to say would probably get me banned, so I will go back to reading all you guys with self control!

Oh and as a parting note --------> cindy and team are NO MATCH FOR LINDA AND JEFF and team, IMHO.
Caylee must get justice! I hope this cap shot from yesterday foreshadows the result to come. One head held high, one hangs with guilt.

If Cindy is on Soc Sec DISABILITY I hate her even more. My hubby is almost crippled and has been fighting for help for a long time and he only wants to able to go to a Dr and get help and maybe fixed so he could do something at least part time not be on disability for ever .. sorry about my rant .. but

Guess I won't make any friends here by suggesting sociopathy/psychopathy is as genuine a mental disorder as any other and as such, must relieve an accused of responsibility for his/her actions (with the only appropriate 'punishment' being institutionalization)

There's always the question of knowing right from wrong.

Anyone who commits a crime such as hurting a child, murder, etc. obviously has something wrong with them; i.e, they're 'crazy' - however you label it. It's just not 'normal'. By your definition we'd have to turn all the jails and prison into institutions. The only people left in prison would be thiefs, robbers and the like?

According to GR from his statements on the O'Reilly Factor, JB wanted that jury to know that CA and GA were afraid that LA was the father of Caylee and that's why they didn't want him to be a part of her birth. But didn't JB say that LA did not go that far and that it was GA that did those horrid things to her. Although, in JB's OS he did not say...he said .....(think Clinton). So, they allow GA to be present at her birth but not LA. What is the world?? I keep going back and reviewing testimony and such and it get's more confusing the more I listen and read this stuff. I'm trying to make some sense of yesterday but so far, I'm not getting anywhere :banghead:

I think LA sent a clear message to mom and dad when saying, yes they are over the top! At least that is what I want to think.:twocents:

There are plenty of things that can be done with a smartphone besides texting, these days. They are like little laptops.
