LA's testimony had both he and KC crying.
KC comes in today upset/crying.
JB, during his agument about Dr. F, seemed noticably flustered.
All the DT/SA activity.
DT into chambers with judge.
GA crying while all this going on...then he and CA do this bizarre hand motion thing towards the front of the court....about 5:00/5:05

GA keeps crying/tearing up most of the times camera pans to him....CA just blabbering with someone, paying him no attention...LOL

Maybe, after yesterday, KC had a moment of lucidity/selflessness....and told JB that she was lying about the abuse.
GA crying after finding out about it....he seems to make a few sighs....relief??

CM/JB explaining to HHJBP in chambers about this new "revelation" and how their defense strategy needs to change....now have issue with JB's opening and lack of proof of abuse.....CM PO'd....especially about the "p#nis in the mouth" thing....which pretty much grossed me out.
DT needs to "regroup" and make up a new figment, I mean theory.

I noticed the prosecution did not go after Cindy's first of her lies in the trial yesterday. When the prosecution brought in the hair evidence. There Cindy claimed IN GREAT DETIAL how her her was long back at the time of the murder. And it could and probably was her hair found in the truck of the car. Gee yesterday there is Cindy with her even shorter hair than now out in the pool with Caylee. Nailing to hair down to Caylee is important. So why not get rid of Cindy as a possible source right there? Casey's hair is brown. That would leave it only as Caylee, as the possible source. As for Cindy and her long lair lie, well find a picture of her in long hair. Good luck on that impossible search.

The colour and length don't matter it is the fact that CA's hair was "processed" as in coloured or bleached, and Caylee's was not. So was ICA's during the time LDB asked about it.

Sounds like the machine was faulty, or she didn't apply the cuff properly? Did she have the stethoscope buds in her ears? If the cuff was too loose, perhaps, then it would not pump up enough to get a reading, was that it?
I cannot imagine a nurse not knowing how to use a manual BP cuff. BUT.....
I once caught a nurse's aid trying to take a patient's pulse without a watch and no clock on the wall. It can't be done.

You don't not always need a stethoscope to take a B/P. Taking a B/P without a stethoscope is called "a palpated B/P" it is done by feeling the pt's pulse, pumping up the cuff and slowing releasing it until you feel the pulse again. It would be documented as B/P= 120/p and sometimes it has to be done. Imagine being on a scene that is so noisy that you cannot hear a B/P, try being in the back of a bumpy ambulance running with the sirens on, or on the sight of a shooting scene where there are multiple hysterical bystanders or in the middle of a highway with traffic going by........hearing a B/P will be IMPOSSIBLE, you have no choice but to do a palpated B/P.

As far as nurses not being able to do a manual B/P that can also be plausible.......bladders will sometimes fail in the cuffs, knobs will break causing the bladder not to inflate and you are stuck in a pickle looking for another cuff that will work. And it seems like the wall machine the other poster was talking abut was an EKG machine that usually is above the pt. It reads B/P's, heart rates, pulse oximetry rates, and as with any machine they do they fail.

Also being a Paramedic, I have taken so many pulses in 27 years, I can during a manual B/P be able to determine a person's pulse rate to almost 99.9%% certainty without a watch or clock, so it can be done. It just something you inherently learn over the years. JMO

Baez is Lead Attorney and calls all the of shots. HHJP has said that a number of times in court. Because he is not death qualified, he has to have a death qualified lawyer in his "second chair" or on the team.

Just like LDB is Lead Attorney in this trial. They both are obviously qualified but she is the one chosen as Lead. I suspect between the two of them they flipped a coin or something to decided - but this is Baez's case and he IS lead attorney.

ICA hired JB-She is CEO and JB VP-LOL

Somehow I don't see Caylee wearing sneakers with a little dress like that....she seemed more like the cute dainty sandle type! First thing I noticed was the shoes.

Caylee has worn boys clothes before. There are several pis of her with oversized spiderman shirts, etc. I don't see sneakers with a dress as a stretch.

Not coming to anyones defense here but maybe they were testing to see IF Caylee COULD open the door by herself <?> Nowhere does it say that Caylee was able to open the door in regards to that picture. I don't think it's a fake, just distorted a bit. And maybe that picture was taken just as Caylee turned her head away from the camera.

The door appears already partially open. I think this is Caylee. She looks a bit longer and leaner than many photos but I still think it's her. Depending on the camera angle, it can change how someone looks.

I don't see what the problem is with this photo. CA already testified that the handle was not too high for Caylee to open. It just looked like people were coming in and out of the backyard and someone snapped a pic of Caylee trying to open the slider further.

The state did not scream that this photo was not revealed in discovery, right? So obviously they have had it for awhile and do not seem bothered by it.

The fact of the matter is they have no evidence that Caylee drowned, thus far.

I say it's trouble between lawyers because I still say Casey will never take a plea deal...............if she does I will gladly eat crow.

I'm reading this as CM and ICA want JB to step down.

The defense team, all together walking out of the courthouse today looked like a happy, calm, confident group. I just don't see that as the case.

Jose looked like he was enjoying it too. I think he fancies himself a 'rock star.' I think he'd be devastated if that were to be taken from him right now.

Which falls right in line with what I'm thinking:
The way I'm understanding all of this is that CM has to be there because he is the only one who is DP qualified. JB only agreed with the understanding the he (JB) would be the LEAD attorney. CM might be threatening to step down as a means to get JB to agree to let him take over the lead. Didn't they all go to CM's office to discuss things? Why CM's office rather than JB's?

Again peeps, Ann Finnell is death penalty trial qualified...
