I'm thinking they're eating and just talking about everything they haven't been able to say for the past month+. I'm going to guess they haven't even really started yet....I am sure there will be lots of evidence they actually want to see and touch and replay etc.
The criminal law teacher might have suggested a vote by now. The rest could just be them sure-ing up their verdict by checking out all the materials/filling out paperwork.
So did Casey go back to the jail for the time being? I wonder how she is feeling; I cannot imagine her being calm at this point.
My prayer is that the verdict comes in tonight during Nancy Grace. Talk about a full circle. We got to watch KC being arrested on Nancy Grace, I would love to see Caylee get justice during Nancy Grace.
ita with all you said except for the criminal law teacher... unfortunately he was juror #14:banghead: (I really liked him and wished he was in the 12!)
I voted 1/2 a day. I think they've made up their minds already.
I think they will all vote guilty on the initial ballot. Then they will hash it out as to which charge is applicable, which will take a while... but I think there will be a verdict by the end of the first day. These folks want to go home!
I'm very encouraged by the reports that several of the jurors are 'dressed up' today, including Juror #4. If she were going to take an oppositional stance, as some have feared, I don't think she would dress as if to meet media today. She would think it was going to be a struggle, time-wise. I think many have been erroneous in their thinking about her.
