Then don't vote for death. I don't know how many times it's been repeated that there were lesser charges that had nothing to do with the death penalty. Even the Murder 1 charge didn't mean she would get death.

The jurors were told that the death penalty was NOT to be considered by them. What is so hard to understand??

I am having a hard time right now with all of this. Everyday, I turn on the t.v. or the web, or come on WS, I see something new that a juror has said that they were NOT supposed to even consider in their decision. Every time I hear/read this, it's like twisting the knife in further. I feel so helpless and hopeless. I really do. I keep thinking in my mind, surely there is something that can be done about this. The jurors have already said enough in my opinion to warrant a re-trial, and if Casey had been found guilty, she would be given one in a heartbeat. Why is it not the same for the state?

I don't understand. The only thing I can keep doing is signing petitions, and hope someone with more knowledge than me can think of something that will work. I feel like all of the officials involved in this case are resigning themselves to the verdict, and not trying to think of a way to do something more. I can understand it to an extent, like with JA...he worked so hard for this and I'm happy at the thought that he is going to at least make some money, but I just wish that SOMEBODY with power would step forward and help.

I have been doing the same thing since the verdict-I just can't get a grip on what happened..I wish I was on the jury,because we would probably still there..I just wish 1 could have stood their ground!!!

I'm sorry but I dont where to put this.

The Anthony's made a tax free foundation called the Caylee Marie Foundation to receive donations to help find Caylee. Then to help find other missing children...

So if Caylee was never missing when the foundation was created, that would be fraud.
That would be fraud on the federal level.

So help me out here, is'nt that a federal offence?
