Disney owns ABC television. ABC television is guilty of "buying" this juror's interview, as well as many the money paid in "licensing fees" to the Anthony family and the infamous picture of the snake.

How cheap of them to simply give a DisneyWorld visit to that juror, considering that costs them approximately nothing.

Did not Jennifer Ford and the other 11 jurors know how to read? There were lesser charges on the table. No one said they had to pick first degree murder.

I'm convinced the more she talks the more they did not read any of the instructions they were given.

This is a disgrace if they didn't even understand what the charges were and didn't ask. I am more certain now, there should be at least one person with intelligence to oversee a jury. I wonder if the leader read the papers to them and they didn't even look? Were they literate???

This stuff still misses the who/how/why anyone could even attempt to fix a case like this.

WE NEED TO KNOW IF ANY CONTACT WAS MADE WITH THIS JURY prior to serving or during the trial so we can work on ways to prevent it from ever happening again. I believe it is our right. We can work to change the laws if they are not working today as they were intended to when written.

Jean Casarez was talking about the interview she did with him that will be aired on In Session tomorrow. He thinks Kronk did come across the body in August and blames the deputy for all of this for not going back there to check it out.

wow, thats interesting.... and off note, whole family gets together every summer for a vacation. This year we headed to the smokey mountains. Next year we were planning Disney but just got off the phone with my mom and we decided we are going to head to the Smokeys again!

Also, little one is watching far too much TV,,,, shutting off the Disney channel as I type :innocent:

I am surprised that the House of Mouse has let itself, by way of ABC, to become embroiled in this whole sad fiasco. They are very precious over their image - I have dealt with them many times in the past through my work. Even if ABC is just something they own, the connection is still there.

Disney execs, if you are reading here. It really isn't great that you are being associated in this way with a child murder case. I don't think Walt would have approved.

The secrecy and silence of the majority of jurors in this case is troublesome to me. Remember, also, that the jurors were spirited away without having to face the public who wanted to know, "Why? Why did you allow this young woman to get away with this horrific crime?" The Casey Anthony case has made international headlines for three years. Everyone wants to know how and why a jury rendered this verdict. I'm not a suspicious person by nature, but if the jurors never answer to the public, I will begin to wonder why they are being sheltered. jmo

If we had laws that jurors who render a No Guilty verdict be required to hold a press conference and answer questions as to how they reach that verdict, then I wouldn't care if their names are not release. I also would like to see a national law stating jurors can NOT benefit or receive compensation for interviews. I honestly believe this jury rendered a No Guilty verdict because they were looking for big $$$ interviews.

So I watched something else for the next several minutes. Not allowing those people's faces on my TV, EVER!:sick:
