Casey Anthony jurors: What life was like for 17 sequestered in murder trial
Jurors had limited access to TV, Internet during the trial, court spokeswoman says.
AP boss warns staffers about Twitter, Facebook
Kent pointed out there have been two recent cases of controversial news issues in which AP staffers voiced their opinions on social networks. Kent explained in his email to staffers that: “This has happened on the New York Senate vote on gay marriage and on the Casey Anthony trial. These posts undermine the credibility of our colleagues who have been working so hard to assure balanced and unbiased coverage of these issues.”
Berman, the Ohio State professor, has another theory about why folks are so frustrated: Casey Anthony never spoke. The defense made a strategic decision for Anthony not to testify a decision that clearly worked in her favor, he said.
"It's not just that the jury decision came out differently than we had hoped, it's that the jury decision wasn't a statement of her innocence. It was a statement of `We can't figure out what happened.' And in some sense, that's even more frustrating than if the jury said, `We don't think she did it.'"
House has joined Michelle Crowder and Change.org's petition drive to create Caylee's Law. The goal is to make it a felony to not report your child under the age of 18 missing after 24 hours. CLICK HERE to read our OFF-SET interview with Michelle Crowder.
House is an owner of FutureOne Entertainment in Jacksonville, Florida.
Why did you decide to join the Caylee's Law campaign?
I decided to join the Caylee's Law campaign because Caylee needs a voice. Being intimately connected to this case has changed me as a person and I am looking forward to all the hard work that is in front of us in our fight to give Caylee the justice that the court system failed to give her.

Numerous Facebook users have reported unknowingly liking a link that claims to be a leaked video of Anthony confessing to a lawyer. The domain appears to be CNN, but the link does not click through to a CNN site. The link shows no such video. Instead it links to a page asking for the user to complete a survey for a reward. Instead of clicking through to a survey, the link shares a page on the user's Facebook profile. No such video has ever been released.
http://blogs.orlandosentinel.com/en...d-like-she-never-existed-jeff-ashton-say.htmlFormer prosecutor Jeff Ashton has advice for people still furious over Casey Anthonys acquittal.
Ignore her forever, Ashton told WFTV-Channel 9s Kathi Belich. Dont read any articles about her. Dont read any books by her. Just pretend like she never existed.
They look REALLY scared for their lives....KC's not going "home", probably gonna meet up with them at the resort....

One of the jurors in the Anthony case, Elizabeth Ford, told ABC News that the 51-year-old Grace was not fit for television.
"I think a lot of things she says fuel the fire and they're based on nothing," Ford said. "I'm obviously against making decisions based on just speculation and opinion."
http://www.google.com/hostednews/ap/...7976e3ab25d50bIlene Farmer, a lawyer in Baltimore's public defender's office, said Grace has undermined respect for the jury system the way she has spoken out against the Anthony verdict. She said she's worried that someone who disagrees with the verdict, whipped up by Grace's disgust, will harm some of the jurors.
ABC's Terry Moran on "Nightline" asked Grace if some of what she does could be perceived as unethical
Now, here's an AP article on NG, featuring an interview, released today, of the founder of Court TV calling NG a "Monster", among other things....here are a few other quotes,

*FYI...in loosely related news, sort of...yesterday, upthread a few posts, I posted the story about the Head of AP wanting staff journos to stop tweeting/FB-ing personal views....he mentioned the Casey Anthony case, in particular. I also included a link on "who is' the AP in that post. Today, we see this AP piece on NG.
Joel Brodsky said his client, held for more than two years on charges that he drowned his third wife, was pleased that jurors in the high-profile case based their decision solely on the evidence.
"The jury is not to judge people morally; it's to judge whether there is sufficient evidence," Brodsky said. "There was more evidence against Casey Anthony circumstantial evidence than there is against Drew Peterson. It's good to see a jury do the correct thing."
