But I'm not sure about the timing - it's too soon if she landed at 11:08, and seemingly too late if she landed at 10:12. But perhaps she spent a lot of time at the airport on the phone.

Seems about right to me if she landed at 10:12. Takes 5 to 10 minutes to deplane, if she checked bags it would take maybe 20 minutes, maybe longer, to get her bags, then getting to long term parking takes a few, then a 25 minute drive home...

No, but one of the locals posted arrival times for the flights. There were only a couple that were likely.

People on here thought it was a fake break in, And if she was home, the noise would alert her. And if she came home, wouldn't she see it?

She told Mark she made it to Florida. But did she talk to her kids also. If she was already home; She would have said put my babies on the phone. So if she didn't talk to or ask about her babies; Then I think she either planned on waiting until she got home or Mark heard the commotion and hung up the phone because he knew it was going down. No, I believe it's all hearsay and possibly misleading. LE would know, but they've never put out a statement asking for information such as 'anyone seeing suspicious persons in the area around 11 pm', etc. So they don't need any more evidence and probably don't want to reveal in any way how much they know.

About the perps going into the house, I think they tried to stage it as that she interrupted a burglary in progress, so my guess is they went into the house and left a ton of evidence to create that scenario.

IIRC the sheriff did initially warn neighbours to lock their doors, it was only after a couple of days that he said it was targetted.

I think they broke into the side door of the garage. and waited for her to drive in and close the garage door. It wouldn't make a lot of noise to pry the door open and I don't believe the garage was wired to the alarm system. she would probably have to disarm the alarm at the door in the garage to the house.

No, the door is around the side, behind the fence, and it leads into the right hand bay of the two-car garage. From the photos, I got the impression the van was in the left hand bay.

I always call my husband when I land usually while still on the plane,
Thing is with a phone call u don't really know who is on the other end when there is a crime heck it could have been CWW. It would be wonderful if she DID speak with the kids,

That's the day the obituary stated as the day of death.

No I don't think they wanted anything. But I think these guys were trying to outsmart LE, they knew that if it was so obvious that they'd lain in wait for her to come home, LE would immediately jump to the conclusion it was a hired hit, by someone who knew that she was coming home alone, at that particular time. That's why I'm thinking they'd try to mislead LE by pretending to be burglars.

But the whole scenario makes very little sense, any real burglar would be in and out in a flash, they'd assume the alarm had gone off and LE were on their way. A real burglar wouldn't be afraid of a tiny woman in high heels.

IIRC the unverified family member Duntulum, stated that the alarm was NOT ON all day that Sunday. And that it had nothing to do with either perp.

I don't think the perps knew this though.
