Housewife and Tri-color take notes on LV (Laviolette) experience...everyone paying attention. Trump has hand on chin (stays that way almost ALL day). Willie stares at the floor.

During the first sidebar, Judge was really giving it to JW Not happy with her at all...
Some notes as JW continues with LVs experience...they're listening but no one is really digging this. Some look at floor. Housewife looks back and forth between JW and LV--like a tennis match.

Maureen's chair is fully turned toward the witness, so her back is to ponytail next to her. She takes notes off and on but listens intently

Mitigation specialist escorted LV into the courtroom but didn't stay...

Sidebar #3--Paul Rudd fingers rub temple, CEO rubs eyes.

Side note: I sit next to a man in the am who says he's friends with LV for many years. Says she's terrified to be testifying...not sure of the reason (or reasons), but I can guess.
He also says OJ and Nicole were supposed to meet with LV two weeks before the murder...I don't know if that's true, but there you go.
He is very nice and friendly to me...but I think he and I are on different sides of the universe when it comes to this trial, IYKWIM.

Well, if true - what about her vast list of reasons not to meet with a couple together? LOL

My ruling? Lol. I'm just compiling data and I'm leaning toward things not being as they seem. I don't know for sure that they are there supporting acquittal for JA. I'm leaning toward the opposite. I can't repeat what was overheard there..sorry but it pushed me in this direction, that probably didnt help at all huh?

Mother & Aunt's presence day in & day out has had me wondering exactly what that means forever now! I found it extremely interesting that JA's father & little brother were only there during her testimony about, & the playing of the sex tapes. I wondered then if they might not be hoping against hope it might prevent her from presenting that? As for the boldness in wearing a blue ribbon yesterday, I had to wonder, since the day before, she had also been exposed as a victim of all things Jodi Arias?! Being lied about & verbally/physically abused by her. Also, I just learned on the other thread about how the 9mm was discovered when she was arrested. She was packed & ready to leave town, in another rented car, & her mother asked if they had found that gun...they finally discovered it secured somehow in the engine compartment???? Jodi was on a killing spree & she knew it! I have to wonder if perhaps her own mom may have been her 1st next victim of several! Make everyone believe she had already left town when mom is discovered & on her merry, wicked way to the next! She is the scariest human being I've ever seen & I can't seem to get off this crazy train & stop looking!!! Well, so Katie, anything you may have overheard just wouldn't surprise most of us by now!! On another note, KCL, my prayers are constantly with you & your brother. I had briefly shared the same crisis going on with my son & am sooo happy to report we're getting more & more glimpses of his medication taking hold again! He even told me loved me this morning! (I become his worst enemy during these times for some reason, as when he's doing well he's fully aware I'm his biggest cheerleader!) I'm starting to think they were wearing purple ribbons as survivors of JAs domestic abuse in their home. And it wouldn't surprise me in the least if it turns out that they are there in court as the much more fortunate victims of JA than TA.

My3Sons! Terrific job with testimony that gave me a headache. So much applies to Travis rather than to Jodi. It's too bad the jury doesn't know some of the things we know.

Thank you for keeping such a good eye on the jury. I was so hoping that JW would finish with her today. Based on Jodi's story she will have a lot of connections to the defendant. Unfortunately, a lot of her stories probably aren't true and the jury already knows that.

I'm just hanging in here by a thread waiting for Juan to ease my mind.

I'm pleased you had the opportunity to be our eyes and ears in the courtroom.

I'm sure it was not the mother/aunts idea to wear them.. more like since the DT could not make Travis' family to remove theirs, DT or MS did it to want to level the field with their own.. I doubt the jury noticed..

LOL. Yes, the computer guy. Juan will elicit testimony from the DV expert that JA told her there was kiddy pr0n on TAs computer. The computer guy will then be called to say "nuh uh! was not!" I think I can understand why Jodi might be feeling a little stressed out if she saw the police computer expert added to the witness list. She knows where this is headed.

I haven't seen the man before. I think one of the women (red hair/nose ring) is another aunt of ja's.

We're all set to come back from break and then suddenly the sidebar noise is on (it's LOUD!) and all attorneys are at the bench. The bailiff then comes from juror holding area and goes to the bench, noise still on. The officer in charge comes from the juror holding area and goes to the bench...the JSS says 10 minute recess. People are all abuzz about what's going on.

Juan heads over to huddle with the family. Whatever he told them, they do not look upset or concerned. The officer goes over near the door where JA comes in and out and gets on the phone. JM and Florez chat; Nurmi, JW, MS chat, JA still sitting at table. The bailiff appears from door behind witness box and calls council back. She actually says "council, we're ready". JA followed by two officers back there. WTF?

Juan and Florez emerge from chambers, JM chats with Sam. Family still doesn't appear upset. JA, JW, and Nurmi, plus the two officers come back.
JSS peaks out the door. Bailiff nods at her then seconds later she takes the bench. Back at it.

The first time I heard that static/white noise I about jumped out of my chair. It is very loud to me too.

Ponytail takes notes re: women making police reports. That, or she's writing something personal. She writes fast and non-stop, then all the sudden she's done and playing with her bangs again.

WHY is she talking about DV court in CA? This doesn't matter. Jury not into it.

CEO writes down "80% of time women recant in court". Paul Rudd rubs his temples as again we're talking about Lanore Walker ...

JM writing as LV talks about women are protective of the men they're with.

4:00. 30 minutes left and we're talking about couples' counseling. Get to the point, Willmott. Jury looks bored. No notes. Many look down.

LV tells way too many stories that have nothing to do w/ the case. She's going to go on forever!

Saw tweeter Michael Keifer in person. He looks majorly unenthused to be here.

Ponytail rests head against back of chair, CEO, Willie, and Paul Rudd look down, as does Church lady as we talk about cycle of violence again...tuned out. No notes.

So...she's going to say Travis was psychologically abusing Jodi? JW really going after that point. Only housewife takes notes.

MS turns and gives a big smile to JA's family during late afternoon sidebar...like a giddy, giggling smile. SHe is so inappropriate IMO, and much less attractive in person.

Most jurors look down or out during sidebar. CEO looks at right side of gallery.

Children growing up in abusive homes--LV says she has no way to say if they then become abusers...good for PT.

Judge adjourns.

The MS is unprofessional and one of the few who looks worse in person. Most look lots better because the courtroom cameras are very unflattering.

I don't know where they got her, but honestly, if she were my MS I'd tell the court I'd take my chances and wing it on my own.

We were told before the morning session that the judge barred anyone but family from wearing ribbons or anything else in support of one side or the other...but they couldn't make me strip down and take off all of my BLUE!:rocker:

Does not Jodi not have her fans $upplying her $nack fund like Casey Anthony did? Or that pesky Arizona Sheriff doesn't allow this?

I still think Jodi is aging fast and/or losing weight because she's finally being held accountable for her actions. She's getting caught up in her own web of lies and she knows it. She's not free to use sex or threaten people, or kick people or slice someone's tires or throat. If Jodi is found guilty on Murder 1 (death), then they should watch her for suicide attempts, it will be the first time she didn't use "suicide threats" as a tool to manipulate people. When you manipulate people, you never know when they turn on you. Just seen an elephant on TV....never forget.
