Agree 100%. We all saw from the start that she was no match for JM. But she was a wannabe. I always thought she should appear timid, shy and soft-spoken, giving brief concise answers. Juan would appear to be a bully and she would be the sweet professional expert. But noooooooooooooooo!!!! ALV actually thought she was Juan's equal or better. Way, way over her head.

I have a hunch she will move forward with her posse of like minded folks congratulating herself and being congratulated for all the ways she "stood up to" Juan Martinez as if that's the success of this event in her life.

Juror 11 - What day was it one of the juror's asked if court could start late? Could it be he went to doctor and found out something or maybe he had scheduled medical procedure and was advised medically not to put it off? Whatever it is, I hope he is okay - he deserves nothing but the best for having served on this nightmare of a case!

Is it Monday yet? Better yet, is it Tuesday?

That is quite possible. It was Thursday that a juror requested the extra hour in the morning. It could well be that test results were not ready until late Friday morning and he called in on break and got bad results. I sure hope that wasn't the case though. Get well soon, Juror #11!!!

Am I the only one who noticed that yesterday it seemed that even Wilmott was trying to hurry AVL along? I think the judge had "a moment" with the attys telling them to quit stalling and letting AVL drone on and on (and on and on and on and....) and get a MOVE on. I thought it interesting. I hope she is the DT's last witness.

He was there one day last week. Appeared to be a nice elderly fellow. And yes she mentioned it on the stand when a juror question came in questioning her bias against men.

Remember Jodi introduced her aunt in court when when she was on the stand.

What a life she chose for herself ! Her own doing, What most of us take for granted because were not criminals. I don't think she thought she would ever get caught.

What you did is called a "hard reset", which works 95% of the time. This was likely not a power problem...but a software "loop" with the screwed -up updates. I suggest that you go into the Control Panel- security settings and "disable" automatic updates". You can "enable" it again at a later date. The past few days of MS updates have been very problematic...not loading completely, some not fully installing...causing total system chaos and failures. I disabled mine for now.

I'm an IT tech... I took care of it all when it happened. But thank you for sharing useful info with the other readers! :seeya:

OT- OK, I guess I need to jump on the band wagon here. Although I am old enough to be KCL's second mom, I must admit that I'm not the house wifey type. I'm not much of a cook and don't like to do housework. I've never had kids and am not in a relationship.

So, I'm going to put myself up for being KT's fun aunt. Didn't we all have a fun aunt or uncle growing up? Mine were always doing something interesting and taking us to places that my own parents wouldn't have thought of. I live in gorgeous Santa Fe, NM and spend a lot of time driving the back roads taking photos. Fun, fun, fun!

Where this woman EVER got the idea that it would be okay to swear to tell the truth in a court of law and then proceed to pull the antics she pulled for days on end, is beyond me.

She hemmed. She hawed. She tried to change the subject. She gave an answer that was unresponsive to the question asked. She claimed confusion about the question. She claimed confusion about the date. She claimed confusion about texts, IMs and "g-mails".

She got snarky with the Prosecutor. She claimed lack of memory. She interjected -or tried to interject - inappropriate information about herself into her answers. She was instructed numerous times by the judge to "answer the question".

....and continuing on your line of thinking...she "forgot" her glasses not once or twice, but 3 or 4 times! She looked, shrugged, and grinned at the DT and Defendant but claimed to be looking at other people well beyond the Defendant...etc..etc...etc..

The news source who did the original autograph signing story did a followup story. She says she waited until after the jurors had left before rolling cameras and calls out HLN for their misrepresentation of the original story and their shoddy reporting. Hope Juan can call this reporter in the upcoming hearing.

Thank you for posting that link. Very classy, and refreshing. Love how they took control of the story back from the hands of HLN, and without exactly saying it, highlighted just how trashy HLN has become.

Yeah I'm trying to wrap my head around that too. Why were her journals confiscated and did her attorneys give those to her to embellish. It's REALY suspect considering ink pens were also confiscated hidden in her shampoo?

I also know its been a while ack that she had a physical altercation with a cell ate. I wonder how that went down. Considering she is the confrontational one.
Evidenced by her confrontation with Bianca, and cornering a female friend of travis in a bathroom. She made up a story that this woman was drunk and hanging on travis, which we later found out,it to be her own lie version.

Seems like miss Jodie, Had a pattern of being territorial in all relationships, marking her spot.

I lost my mother 11 years ago. I feel your pain chijojo. It does get easier in time. I went for a long time that I cried daily. Now it only happens at moments that I wish I had her near, like when my children graduated first high school then college. I am particularly feeling the loss now because my daughter is getting married in June. She and my mother had a special bond. I see my mother in my daughter in so many ways and my daughter is feeling the loss now. I know that on the wedding day, some of my tears will be for Mom, but I know she would be so proud of the woman my daughter has become and would be pleased with her choice of a husband. It well be hard for my father as well, but he is performing the wedding, so will be kept busy.

Maybe all of us motherless children can just be mothers to each other.

I think that is a lovely idea. BTW that is one beautiful doggie.

Here is my prediction, and Jodi is already starting to plot it: When this whole thing is done and she is convicted, she is going to throw Samuels and ALV under the bus. She is going to come up with a fourth story ( Maybe Insanity) and tell the world the truth. That these experts came to her, told her to change her story from the Ninjas to being the Victim, and gave her the material to try to perfect her story. She will totally ruin their career and won't care because she knows that they used her for their own benefit. And of course, Nurmi and JW are going down too because she will expose them also, and Samuels and ALV won't even see it coming.

But I tell you, I can see it in her face, she is already plotting her next move.

Jodi can plot until the cows come. She can live in La La Land and plan revenge till the fat lady sings. She can say "mark my words" till it rains cats and dogs. She can try to enlist people to join her dog and pony show. In other words, she's up the creek without a paddle and I for one can't wait till she kicks the bucket!:bullseye:
