Hopefully in a few months this will be all over and the Germans and Williams will be able to move on to the next stage of their lives without this evil man lurking over their shoulder.

I'm afraid that even if RA is convicted, they'll never really get on with their lives. There is a huge part of their lives missing. HUGE. Irreplaceable! No way they'll ever just move on imo. Besides which, I imagine RA is going to have an appeals process yet to come...

Yes but having the man responsible for their deaths guilty and locked away will lift a heavy burden.

It’s a process and this would be the next phase.

I don't think they "waited" at all (it is the Defence side alledging cover ups & collusion since the murders in 2017 to frame up RA). I'm saying, in what world does it make sense for the State to plant evidence at the scene in 2017 (RA's bullet ... and his own statement) and then collude and conspire for years to arrest RA for the crime. It simply does not. They'd have arrested him years ago ...

I think that as soon as LE was able to find that self-tip-in from RA to the Conservation Officer right after the murders, the details on time, place and dress he provided matched up with video and witness statements. Then they pull him in for an interview, he and KA confirm he has guns and knives at home AND his story now suspiciously changed (timings) to place him away from the bridge at the time he previously stated he was there and as witnessed. That's probable cause.

I do not belief it will lift any real burden for them. Especially if he appeals. Or if they eventually find out wrong man convicted for it. It may all just serve to keep everything at the forefront of their already heavy hearts and may make it harder to deal with. Hard to know. I'm not them. No links as all just my opinions...

He is quite clearly the guilty man. He was dressed like the killer and on the bridge moments before the girls crossed.

I am positive he will be found guilty in October if the Defense don’t play more games and get it delayed again.

I don’t believe anybody else will be arrested as he has made loads of confessions and it doesn’t seem like he has blamed anybody else. He seems to take sole responsibility for his actions as far as im aware.

Trials get delayed all the time for legitimate reasons. In this case, I would not be at all surprised if there's another delay due to late discovery of additional digital evidence (all my opinion). And, if there's late digital evidence the defense hasn't had a chance to analyze (or even the State for that matter), there should be a delay. That's not game playing. Wanting to be fully prepared to defend (or prosecute) isn't any kind of game.

Todd Click may have not thought it was a ritual sacrifice, but that does not mean he doesn't think they were involved in the murders. IMO, he still does think that.

How do all of those things, set forth enthusiastically by the defense fit in, if it was not an Odinist Ritual Sacrifice?:

The main witness set forth by the defense was Perlmutter, who testified that it was a textbook ritual sacrifice. So if Click says it was NOT a ritual sacrifice, then what was it?

When you lose someone you truly love you Never Ever get over it,You just learn to live with it as Best you can...
In this particular case it would be a huge burden lifted to not have to Wonder about the Who and Why...
Can you imagine wondering everytime you go outside your home if the killer is there or nearby???

I think Judge G has to answer most of the remaining issues---like SODDI evidence, admitted or suppressed.
