I dont think it will be confirmed outside of court. I have not read the docs at all so maybe it mentions something that can clear up our memories.
Would we really know if they had other peoples pictures from that day ?

Exactly, they have witnesses who place RA on the trails and MHB at a certain time and RA himself admitted to seeing the same girls, one of them taller with brown or black hair, himself. That's absolutely definitive IMO. He could have said just some girls period.

LE can confirm the time the girls were on the bridge by photos they took during their visit which were time stamped. What's the problem? I don't see one?
