Supposedly he left around midnight, but did not get back until 2am. Should have only taken him an hour at most.

Now that I've read these posts, my memory is jogged. Didn't LE have the phone before LA got to TL's?

All: LA didn't pick up the phone. LE did. The pings show LE taking Casey on the most logical route from Hopespring Dr. over to Sawgrass, etc. (via Lee Vista). This is why it hits the tower SW of Anthony home.

FWIW, it still is a good validation of needing to be in that area to ping this tower.

I will also post on the Myspace, etc. thread. If anyone has a clean Excel ss of Casey's myspace & facebook entries with their associated date/timestamps and to/from info I could use those too (already have rough versions, but, would save me bunch-o-work if someone already has these handy.) TIA!

I thought that LA went to Tony's and picked up her stuff computer etc..the phone had to be there because Tony said that he had called AH from it to see what was going on.So I think that LA had the phone and computer etc before handing them over to LE. I guess he only would have had the phone from 12-2 while he was gone.

The last call from Tony's apt ping location was 10:07PM from Casey's phone to Amy (Tony using, IIRC) LE and Casey were using Casey's phone @ Hopespring Dr to place calls/texts to her contacts. The phone is pinging on the tower S of Hopespring Dr. beginning @ 11:55PM thru until just after 7AM on 7/16.

Lee A. Interview on July

According to Lee he left the parents house at 12:00 midnight on July 15, 2008 to retrieve Casey’s items from Tony’s apartment in Sutton Place, he arrived and collected a large leopard print duffel bag (with cloths & other item’s inside) a white back pack with a print pattern or symbol on it (with cloths inside) a large purse (with female toiletries in it) and a slender black bag with papers in it (that he thought Casey carried Cindy’s laptop around in) and Cindy’s laptop computer. Lee stated that everything was well organized (unlike Casey) and he believed that someone else packed the bags, because knowing Casey, that’s not the way she packs, she’s not an organized person.

Lee stated that he saw Amy H’s check book on Tony’s dresser, Tony told Lee that Amy was coming over in the morning (16th) to pick it up. Lee believed that Amy called Tony and told him what happened and Tony removed the check book from Casey’s bag.

Lee stated that he arrived back at the parents house about 2:25am on the 16th (where was he and what was he doing for about two hours), Tony don’t live that far away from Lee’s parents house. Lee said that when he arrived he took all the items into the parent’s house and that one of the female officers that first responded was still there (he was ask what color the officers uniform was, he stated he did not know because he was color blind and that it was the female officer that he had went to school with).

Lee stated that he originally offered to go get the cell phone, but the officers pick it up around 11:00pm and started to call all the contacts(that would have been on the 15th and Lee was not at Tony’s, again where was he, still at the A's?)

Cindy told the female officer that she wanted to go through the stuff and the female officer told her to dump in out as if she was giving permission for her to do so. Cindy then dumped the items of the purse out and the only officer in the house left and went out side.(what are you kidding me, no officer watching) Cindy found approximately between $140 and $200 unfolded $20.00 bills in Casey’s wallet and put them in her pocket also a JC Penny and another unidentified credit card(where are the cops), , at this point the female officer returned as Cindy has the wallet open and tells the female officer look this is the JC Penny card that she took from me, look this is another card that she took from me, but as Cindy went to take out Casey’s identification from the clear sleeve, the female officer immediately grabbed something that was directly behind that ID and according to Lee the item that the female officer took looked white like the old style drivers license or learners permit or something like that, but it struck him and he noticed it because of how quickly the female officer grabbed it, but Lee was unsure what it was possibly another ID.

Lee was questioned about a single key being in there the belonged to Amy, Lee stated that Amy reached out to him the next day stating that her key was probably on Casey’s key ring or something, Lee told Amy that he was one step ahead of her and that he already had it and to consider it taken care of.

Lee was then questioned about Casey taken money from Cindy, Checks that have been taken from Lee, and checks that had been taken from a friend named Ryan that lived it Jacksonville (on of Casey’s best friends which see meet through Lee in school) , then Lee was questioned about a sheet of paper that he provided to the police that had 22 receipts cronilogicly listed by date of some form of transactions that Casey made(which Lee stated later was done at Casey’s attorney’s office and not when they were first discovered in the bag), and that there could be more, but that was what he cataloged at the attorney’s office on July 28th (again were are the police when these were discovered).

Lee stated that it seemed odd that if she was saving these receipts and he had receipts from the June 28th to July 15th and if there was another JC Penny transaction on the June 27th why was that not in there, did it get lost, was it never saved and that if your saving receipts why not save them all. Lee also stated that he provided them to the attorney around June 21st after trying to offer them to the Orange County Detectives on the morning and afternoon of July 16th and again on the 17th ( What, the detectives did not want them)

Lee provided three names of guy’s as he called it, guys really in play and named Ricardo M., Jesse G. and Anthony L. (Tony)


A few things that amazed me is where were the police when Cindy was going through Casey’s bags after Lee brought them home and why did the detectives not want the receipts that Lee had. Are they trying to show incompetence on the part of the police and detectives?

Ok got it. Weird that LE would go to the apt. and get the cell phone only and not the computer and all her neatly organized stuff sitting there.So I guess LA never did have that phone(that we know of ) that night or any night after.

...still...LE was dealing with a missing persons case...I don't wanna bash'em...they're really workin' their arses off, and I appreciate all they're doing. :clap:

Testing how well PB quality works...

TBE = Time Between Events
Threshold = 4 hrs (can vary) shows periods of inactivity >4hrs for example
Results table incl. date&time and starting & ending ping location

Still quality testing data (thanks Muzikman!) and need to finish some review w/ TexasLil (all built on her hard work), but, here's an excerpt from a table...abbreviated for test...

...again...excerpt only and just finishing data quality testing this PM. Objective is to have a tool that can provide insight into windows of opportunity for disposal. Also enables a means to analyze sleep patterns.

The full cell/ping spreadsheet is set-up to filter fields such as "Call To" and "Call From", etc. to allow viewing "conversation" (text & call...fb/ms later) patterns between individuals (e.g. Casey and Cindy/Anthony home is interesting).

I find this ping very interesting as well. I have always suspected the the real "big fight" occured on the 8th and that KC took off with Caylee the next day. They spent the night of the 9th at RM/AH. I didn't realize that we had pings for the 9th!

Apparently so. I found one more phone log that I was missing dated 6/1 through 6/11 I believe on docstoc. I tried to download and my internet explorer crashed. Does any one have a better download link for this particular cell log? I think it might be good if we add prior to June 15th into our analysis.

Since LE confirmed the nursing home visit on the 15th we've all just been concentrating on days after that. Hopefully we can get the other pings.
