I was not referring to the facts surrounding AJ's death, I was referring to the crap that's gone down after the fact. Many (directly) involved can't seem to wait to get on SM and talk about things, in great detail. Because SM is not considered a reliable source here (unless it's LE or MSM) we cannot discuss the things being divulged there.

As for the facts surrounding AJ's death, I think we're all still waiting for word from LE on that.

Respectfully, some of us do. We just can't openly discuss it due to TOS re: SM, etc. Fact: lots of people directly connected to this case talk A LOT (and have been, all along). Way more than they should, in my opinion.

I too have read a A LOT of the SM, and I can only say "I know what is said, not what honestly happened, as I wasn't there nor have I seen proof, from any source, especially ones we can link to per TOS" We have 2 VI, and it appears that they are on different sides so that means they would see things in a possible different prospective. I have only seen 1 of those post comments about it here.

The other is mentioned in 2 of the 3 MSM article I can find. And I agree, on SM (which we can't speak of or ref) there are some directly connected to this case that talk A LOT and more than should. But that doesn't mean what they are saying is the whole truth or even how much of truth.Most times people tell what they want told and believed. ~ which I believe is one reason we can not speak of and is considered rumor/gossip. JMHO I guess we will have to wait for Aug 10 for the court hearing.

Who is in jail with Wesley Hadsell? Is there a guy that he hired as a PI? I think something new is going on but I can't find a clue. Let me know if I'm off base, which I've been known to be. I'm still hopeful that there will be justice for AJ.

In court today, Hoffer showed the judge a video he recorded at Jennifer’s home. The judge said the video was not proof enough and her charges were dismissed.

Hoffer says he accepts the judge’s decision. He says in the end, he just wants his daughters to be safe.

This won't be a popular opinion, but I think the tears are real.

I've suspected he was guilty from very early on, but I could be totally wrong about that (it wouldn't be the first time). Either way, I don't think he wants her gone. If he had nothing to do with it, or if it he did and it was accidental or spur of the moment kind of thing.

I do find it interesting that no one has been charged yet. Not him, not anyone. It all feels so unfair to AJ
