On 18th March 2010, a suspect was sentenced to a two year prison sentence for his part in scam to defraud an elderly dying widow of over 1/4 of a million of her life savings. Only 1 man was caught and the money never returned. The police in Wales labled this as one of the most serious cases of fraud they have seen.
