On WESH-Channel 2, attorney Brad Conway said his clients George and Cindy Anthony will turn over any evidence, even if it's damaging to daughter Casey's case. Conway told Bob Kealing that law enforcement did not find duct tape in the Anthonys' home. Duct tape was reportedly found on Caylee's skull. "We are expecting many more developments in the coming weeks," Kealing said in ending his report.

Not one roll of duct tape????I find that odd....My hubby and I probably have at least half a dozen just lying around here and there and in tool boxes...

Oh sure, now that LE is telling them they may be facing felony charges, they are jumping the gate to give LE anything they have, no matter what. Problem: too late, they already tried to pull the wool over LE's head. It didn't work, they got caught and like KC, they want a do-over.

None of them do the right thing until they are pushed against a wall with no where else to go, then they want to apologize, call everything a miscommunication, an inconsistency, etc. and want another chance. Problem is they still don't tell the truth, they just rearrange their lies.

Caylee didn't get a second chance.

Ohhh, let's not throw Mallory under the bus yet. She went to feed the dogs, remember? Besides she didn't remove anything when LE showed up, they escorted her out. I watched on video as she went to her car. She didn't have any tape in her hands.

I don't have any duct tape right now. I have every other kind you can imagine. But moved into a new house 4 years ago and haven't needed any here yet. DS who was living in an older house at the time. kept all the assorted rolls when I moved. And there were several rolls...

If it was before AH left for PR, then there is a possiblility of KC using it on Caylee, if we use the popular timeline of when Caylee remains were dropped. Does Amy have samples of that tape? It would be interesting to know whether LE picked up on this.

Hey you all.
I just found this and was kind of shocked that they are now saying the Anthonys knew where the body was hidden the whole time?
This case sure is getting crazier isn't it. It is just a matter of time when they all tell on everyone? Lee moved today also and had steam cleaning people there and a lady from one of the blogs called LE and they (LE) talked to this lady and the carpet cleaners as Lee didnt give his last name to the company, just paid him and said to clean carpets, tiles and corners really good. The carpet cleaner said that the house didn't look like it needed cleaning as it had been cleaned already?

I have not read all the post yet, but...
how does it help the defense to have videotapes of the area BEFORE Caylee was found???
Forensics will have no problem verifiying that Caylee was truly there FROM DAY 1! This is simple forensics from everything I've read. So if they have 10 tapes of the area that show Caylee was not there...we know she was.
and they just missed it.
However, as it has been mentioned, WHY, WHY, OH WHY, WERE THEY VIDEOTAPING THIS AREA???? as a juror that would be my big question...dead give away that they knew b/c the murderer told them.

I "believe" Amy used it for the anything but clothes party at Fusions. Although, with everything that goes on in this case, I could be dreaming it too LOL

Nope, you're not dreaming it. In fact, Amy posted to Casey's facebook something about Casey stealing her duct tape and never returning it.

I'm sure duct tape was used to hold that american flag in place that Casey wore.

If KC got the duct tape out of AH purse, I wonder if she got anything else at the time. Maybe she got the duct tape and helped herself to some of her money. She was probably getting a few dollars here and there to pay for things. Such as the trip money that AH had put aside. KC certainly had a excuse for where that money went. I can see KC telling AH when she thought she was missing a twenty or so coming up with excuses of where she probably spent it.

Casey took photos of the area and said he's turned over his photos to the Anthony's attorney, to give to prosecutors.

According to Casey, James Hoover now claims his video no longer exists, that he taped over it.

Right now, this man can say whatever he wants..there was a reason for him to be there, and it wasn't because of any statement KIO gave, otherwise he would have checked it out much sooner, and told the Anthony's he done it..
I call BS on this one, and figure within the next week or so, he too will ask for immunity.
