Does this have anything to do with what was discussed a few weeks ago about someone that seemed very obsessed with this case? A professional? Was that persons name on the fb listing? (I dont even remember the name.lol)

Look at both listings. It's the same listing but the listing agent's names are different on same property. Weird but still don't make connection to this case?

He is not one of the listing agents on the property in question. I did see where he has gone to work for a Realty company that specializes in foreclosed property since the murder. just very recently he went to work for this company and they have offices in Cabot and Little Rock.

This may just be where I live, but I would find it...um, odd, if a real estate agent showed up to a listing in shorts and a sleeveless top. No one does that here. Unless, you maybe, are super tight with the person. Is it possible she thought she thought she was meeting someone else? Or maybe in that area people just dress very casual to show houses. I don't mean any disrespect. Just looking at the angle of the phone call and what potentially could have been said or who could have called.

I'm lost too. Nothing strange about a listing being either shared by two agents, same company or even from competing companies - or a listing passing from one agent to another either at expiration of the listing contract or after a cancellation with the first agent. I think arkansasmimi has a piece of the puzzle she can't reveal here and is hoping we pick it up!

IIRC it seems she was not wearing shorts but red Capri pants and a black sleeveless shirt. I would say casual yet classy enough for a realtor in very hot weather.
ETA: I'm in OK and our realtor showed up in sleeveless tshirt and short floweredy skirt.

I pulled it up on even another site and it said for listing agent see remarks but didnt see any remarks. (forclosed?) The only thing Ive figured out the property may have been bounced around alot? Only other thing that stood out private access to a lake? What a time when being mentally challenged to be having brain farts.

Im going to take a wild guess that the property at 10201 River Trail Drive has a connection to someone we have heard about already and this someone may be someone AL and CL knew. I could be very wrong too.jmo

Now I'm even more confused! It's a not very nice small one bedroom "cabin" or cottage like fixer that was listed with her ( didn't catch the date on the video), but is currently listed with the VP of Crye-like. There would be some company incentive to show that if it was listed with him, the VP of her firm, at the time. Not sure who had it on that date. BUT... It has no bearing whatsoever to the other Old River Rd listing. The same buyer wouldn't likely even be looking at those two together in most cases, unless you had someone looking for a fixer investment property and a new home to live in... Confusing.

Arron said in his behind the glass in prison TV interview that they didn't meet there about the property. "It was just a place to meet..." he said. Not sure what he was implying, but with the look on his face as he said it, I have an idea. Not to say I believe him, but it is plausible.

I have heard a lot of local rumors but refuse to post them out of respect of the victim Beverly Carter and her family. I don't think it is fair for anything to be said that will blacken her name unless we know it to be fact. What I have heard is rumor with no factual basis to back it up.

Is CL the type to be violent. Somehow this case sometimes brings to mind Jodi Arias. If she actually caught "her man" with another woman, would she likely get physical and harm them or would she be more passive like she was online telling all the bad things about "her man" and telling the other woman she can have him, while still wanting to be with him.

I believe passive. There were other locals who have now come forward that AL was hitting on them and that they were told by CL they could have him. One even face to face conversation at a local gas station. I do not think she is big enough to do much harm to anyone. She probably weighs 100 lbs soaking wet. I never saw her do anything that would make me believe she would harm anyone. In fact I've been shocked at the verbal I've heard about with other women. I would not have believed she would have done that given I know she was trying to get AL out of her house or so she said.

Although I am not privy to all the local rumors, I have come to my own conclusions and that's where I am with it. I do think things are going to come out at trial that will cause a collective gasp out of most here. But I think we will all be relieved to have some of the gaps filled in because we are all trying so hard to understand what occurred.

I have not heard any rumors like that at all. Everyone I talked to was disgusted at the implication.

Could you see CL becoming violent if she felt it was needed to protect her ability to parent her children or to protect herself?

My problem with it is I dont see what anyone would see in AL even if he wasnt a criminal.
