I don't want to forget my train of thought and I'm sorry to throw anyone off if I do. But let's just say that CC was dropped off approx 6:25pm (that's based on 40 min drive there and back 6:05-6:45). And then a text is sent from CC to HS approx 7pm. Based on the assumption that some think BR sent that text off of CC phone, wouldn't that just leave BR a window of 30 mins to do something to her and gain access to her phone?

The blog has a pretty good list of what we know, and maybe more detail on it is in order. Perhaps a page of "speculations" of all the known players? A lot of new info has come up since that blog was created. Also, the JVM transcript needs to be updated to correct the confusion about HS leaving at 5/6:05.

I would like to see this come together before the dateline people start their research.
Does anyone know who runs that page?

Was it already mentioned as to how HS could see that CC did not exchange words with BR while walking up the driveway. Even if he dropped her off in any spot around the house, how could he see if she's talking if assuming her back was towards HS? Basing the comment made from TS in the interview.

Yep, I asked that a long time ago too. I still think its a good question, but there really isn't any way for us to confirm or disprove it. Just add it to the list of questions/discrepancies like believe09 said.

Maybe we can agree that HS must have been in close proximity to Cassie and BR to make that kind of a statement. Very close. We would also need to assume that BR was where HS/TS said he was. We cant ask Cassie :(

Thank you for reminding me that you asked the question as well, Aunt_Tulip-is should definitely be added to the list.

This train of thought assumes TS is telling the truth. We have no evidence of that either.

Yes. I made the blog. It is desperately needing updates. You can send items of interest or correction to the email address on the blog. Or send directly to me here if my box isn't full and I'll make sure the updates are made. I am also managing the twitter account, although I am embarrassed to say that I've dropped the ball on that lately.

Again, this is assuming Cassie was really dropped off. We have no evidence of that actually occurring. In fact, most evidence points to her having NOT been dropped off.

Yes, it's all an assumption. But I don't see how that would make TS appear truthful. It leaves doubt for me that CC was dropped off at home. Imo, it could exclude BR unless he's that calculated, smart and quick to make CC disappear in 30 mins and take her phone. Jmho

I applaud all of you for your efforts.
Great cooperation on this thread, as always!

Sorry I haven't been here for awhile. What happened to the mother saying Cassie came home, she called out like "hey baby girl" or something, Cassie changed her clothes & left? I thought this had been established?

Cassie's mom heard someone, so she called out to Cassie, thinking it was Cassie. However, there was no reply from the person in the house. Cassie's mom, JC, was sick in bed with the door close and did actually not see Cassie. The reason JC thinks it was Cassie is because she found her bag and purse at home when she got up in the morning. Cassie and the phone were not there.

The person she heard the night before could have been Cassie, BR, or other. If Cassie, why wouldn't she reply to her mom? Clearly they had a close relationship. If it was BR, why wouldn't he make himself known and correct JC that it was him? We still haven't seen confirmation that BR was even home. As far as we know, he had no reason to pretend to not be there. If it was other, then who?

If Cassie had her purse with her that weekend and that purse was the one Judy noticed then wouldn't that indicate Cassie was brought home?

IMO Her things arriving home only means "someone" brought them but no one actually saw "her"

Occams razor -- last person to see her, right? Either Mom or Mom's boyfriend. JMO

AND we don't actually k now if HS made any statements at all. That info comes only from TS. It's possible these statements were corroborated by LE by interviewing HS but they are not sharing.

Last person verified to see her was TS, even according to TS.

Cassie's purse was brought home.

Sorry, it's been a long week and my brain has taken an early out, but do you mean someone snuck in and left her purse there?
That's my theory, yes.

Cassie's purse was brought home.
I don't want to complicate what is already complicated. But can LE confirm that CC did take her purse when she left Saturday for the derby? Is it possible that the overnight bag and purse were there since say Friday?
