The department is not calling the case a missing persons case at this time, but they are treating the incident as a welfare concern.

So I wanted to get this correct. She went missing on the 19th, they broadcast her disappearance the 25th, and finally issue a silver alert on the 27th. Seems to me that the LE in Stuttgart needs to do a better job in making people aware. A silver alert should have been issued immediately.

I've completely lost faith in Stuttgart LE. Bill Gibbs was found how far from his vehicle?? Right. I don't expect her to be found by anyone of authority, which is sad. Typically, I have the utmost respect and faith in LE to do their job and do it right, but this is the 3rd missing person case in 7 months from this tiny town. Doesn't look good.

I wonder why this qualified for an alert? Cassie is an endangered missing teen and never qualified for an alert. No matter-at least one was eventually issued for Miranda.

3 MP in a town of this size is startling. I hope locals are sitting back and taking stock of the culture in town that might lead to this. I am off to read more about Miranda's disappearance.

“She was last seen in Stuttgart on Tuesday, April 21, wearing rainbow colored clothing. She has not talked to her family and they have not seen her since Sunday and they are very worried about her,” SPD Criminal Investigation Division Lt. mark Duke said in a press release.

Anyone with information is asked to call Stuttgart Police Department at (870) 673-2171 or (870) 673-1414 or have ask the woman to contact her family immediately.​

Umm-maybe she should just contact SPD so they can talk to her and close out her case? Or is she afraid of PD? I wish we had a little more info.

I am wondering what she was doing when LE sighted her on 4/20 and 4/21. Was she at the same location both times? Near the car wash?
