If BR did away with KR why was VR seen poking around the old burnt out restaurant where the LE have been searching[emoji848] and carried away two brown goody bags from scene? Why are the Rs all on BRs side? Did some member of family so enrage him about KR that caused incident, causing said family member to feel guilt and shame, thus protecting BR? And one more thing, and this may cause rotten tomatoes to be hurled at me with vigour, but if I may add CR to my list of suspects[emoji51]

Her husband initially said she left the house with her handbag and $850 cash to go for a walk in the river valley park to calm down after they had argued about poor takings from their Bella Bleu boutique at Taylors Lakes.
Borce Ristevski would later say the argument was in fact not about money, an about-face that seems to be another twist in a case full of them.
Strange that storys change so much like the one above and the one "I was at home all day" and then it changes to "oh no I forgot that morning that I took Karens car for a drive up the highway for a couple of hours to repair the fuel gauge which was faulty and when the car went over a bump it magically repaired itself" - yeah right! It would have been more imaginable if he had of said " I took Karen's car for a drive to pick up the Easter Bunny and the Tooth Fairy for a promo shoot"!

Thats has to be the biggest story change imaginable from a missing womans husband who was the last person to see her. You know your going to be number one suspect if she isn't found so when the police haul you in to give a statement on the day KR went missing and say "right Boris detail everything you did all day" and it states "I didn't leave home all day". Come on you would have to believe in the tooth fairy if you believed that any husband of a missing woman is going to omit in a first statement the fact that they left the home for a reasonable period of time.
Is it any wonder his lawyer said "don't talk to the police or media". After those two classic turnabouts you keep going like that your going to end up 'burying yourself'.

The only thing I believe BR has truthfully said (the second time around) why she went for a walk was "it wasn't about money", well maybe not totally it wasn't. I believe she was going to leave him but it was a situation which had built up to that point over a period of time. AR stated that Karen had confided in him regarding this over time and that is one thing that I do believe that AR has said.

It has come out that shop rentals were owing and due to this a caveat was placed on the family home so there were financial problems which I don't think KR's family and friends would have been aware of as she was a proud person and she wouldn't have wanted people knowing that or worrying about it. For a mall to place a caveat on a home due to a shop rental not been paid it would have to be a large amount for that to happen

Someone I know said BR was a regular at the Mahogany Room where you only get invited to join as a VIP. VIP's only get there as they spend (and lose) big money. What was BR doing work wise over the last few years? I thought the fashion store did okay which it must have been for KR to go overseas so often on buying trips so I wonder why would the family be in such a financial mess as reported in the media?" -
A caveat was lodged over their house and it's understood it was because they couldn't pay the rent for their store.
.\

Was the shop rental money not going to where it should have been. Two shop staff and overseas buying trips I am sure KR wouldn't have let the shop rental to have escalated to the amount it must have been.

I am sure that I read that the business was signed over to Boris about March, can anyone confirm that?
Maybe if that is indeed correct KR said "I have given you the money to pay the shop rental what have you done with all the money? now it's your problem to sort it out" So she might have opted to get out of the business on paper at that point in time.

BR and SR are not talking or changing story's , media has gone quiet as has police updates so that's my updated surmising on the situation.

I said the clock was ticking a few months ago, it's obviously a slow clock I am using but daylight saving ends this Saturday in NZ and time goes forward so hopefully that will help speed things up!

No rotten tomatoes but BR is protecting one person, that's himself. There's no mystery imo, just a little more time for the police to piece it together! There could be one person who is an accessory after the fact. Keep the pressure on him. JMO

BBM

On March 21 this year, the company’s accountant filed paperwork recording Mr Ristevski had replaced his wife as director on February 23. Ms Ristevski remains the shareholder. Mr Ristevski certified the information in the form was “true and complete”.

He declined to comment yesterday on any business affairs, which he previously has accused The Australian of misreporting.

I agree, SR could sense it. BR may have even told SR that they had an argument and claimed KR said she was leaving for good-or something similar. SR would've known that KR wouldn't do that without letting her know. She was likely fretting from the word go, but hoping that she was wrong about her Dad and the likely outcome.

Br was VIP at Mahagony room, Crown Casino, place where high rollers come to play... This is interesting, so br was a hardcore gambler, possibly hiding addiction and losses from his wife(as most of them do)

Money laundering jumped out at me in athis article.

What it’s really like inside Crown Casino’s Mahogany room

THE first thing you notice when you enter Crown Casino’s Mahogany Room is the stench. { :floorlaugh: }

To gain access to the VIP areas, you’ll need to clock up $15,000 within six months to earn a platinum membership.
And as our gambler is well aware, punters are caught up in a losing game.
“Casinos are built on losers, not winners. All the marble and stuff is paid for by the gamblers,” he said.
“And they know every dollar you lose or win.”

The detectives would know as well. But still not enough to charge.
1,000 titbits aren't enough.

This case could become more complex than we could ever have imagined...
Maybe it's not the clean-cut story of BR killing Karen at home after an argument about money etc. and disposing of her body with help from VR, CR, AR and possibly SR knowing what really happened...
I also have to wonder who was the woman BR was spotted with in the biscuits aisle of the Supermarket seen by one of our local posters here...
We also wondered if BR may have had a gambling addiction, so now we know...
Oh well...the longer it takes for arrests to take place, the more time Bob Stary will have up his sleeve to make it even more difficult for LE and police working on this case, with all its twists and turns...
I wonder what the next thrilling episode will bring..

If he was a high roller, I can certainly see why Karen may have gone ballistic. "What, me 'improve' the store sales by drastically reducing the prices, so you can turn around and spend the money at the casino???" If that story from Borce/Sarah is even true.

It would also explain why Borce keeps saying there are no financial difficulties ... because he is just going to win big and take care of those problems, now isn't he?

Yes, I wouldn't be at all surprised if Karen was done with him and wanted out.

.

Following cases on WS including this one shows just how much work needs to be done by LE before an arrest can be made and a person is charged with enough evidence to gain a successful guilty verdict at a trial. I really think the legal system has become over-complicated + many penalties that are eventually handed down by judges are a slap on the wrist only for the guilty person to be released and then go on to commit more serious crimes at a later date. There is also the appeal process after a guilty verdict is given, no wonder the phrase "the law is an *advertiser censored*" was invented.

Would there be many Uber drivers in the Mahogany Room at any one time 🤔 ..... what would the stats be on that?

There might be a few "company directors" though.

Yes indeed ..... interesting. Wonder how long he's been a VIP member 🤔 may coincide with taking over as director in Feb. Can't really see Crown saying, 'ooh, we've got our highrolling Ubers flying in from China for the weekend, get the rooms ready' .....doesn't have the same ring to it as 'businessmen' .... just my opinion🙄

Anthony Rickard denied having anything to do with his stepmother’s disappearance but went on to say that a family conflict had been “swept under the carpet”.
The bizarre twist ensured the case stayed on the front pages.
But police soon established he was considered a red herring.........

On July 14, at 10.56am, the Victoria Police called a snap conference at Canning Reserve in Avondale Heights.
