I would be surprised if Karen had any Superannuation. Or very much, at all. Perhaps a little from previous jobs.
Superannuation is only required for employees, not for owners or partners or directors.
With their ongoing financial situation(s), I'd guess that personal Superannuation would be the last thing on their minds to pay into.
I think Borce was always looking for the quick bonanza that would take care of him forever.
Just my take on things.

I would think that she is spending her mum's super account, which she was the beneficiary of.

'I would think' explains that it is my opinion only. But logic applies.

Your 'I would think' only suggested what you thought she was spending. The rest appears like fact.

I doubt any of Karen's beneficiaries would receive anything until her murderer is found guilty. This would include Super, Insurance and her Will.

Seems AR is very quiet.

My opinion.

Yes. I do think that sub judice will come into play here. The police may have had a chat with him. Ant may, in fact, be being very vocal among his friends for all we know, but he cannot let that be published in a public manner .... especially as he is so close to the case.

That top criminal lawyer could have a field day, in court, with any discriminatory public remarks that a family member could make. Particularly when it comes to jury selection.

.

What do the members that have followed this case since the start of karens missing,

Her phone and her bag?

Any theories ?

Personally, I have always wondered what was found, and placed in those brown paper bags.
And also in that later extensive search ... when they closed down part of the street (perhaps to search in drains?)

On the night it would have been in haste.

Whether another came along to help is our guess.

In my Opinion, advice would have been given to remove all connected.

I find it very intriguing a family member went off travelling.

Spontaneous thought re previous posts .... possible SR is financing her own trips abroad, may have part-time job or savings from working at Bella Bleu ..... or maybe received cash as 21st birthday gift [emoji848]
PS! I am very curious as to what address number BR moved into after leaving 23 ....

Just bring post 316 forward.

The Oakley Dr neighbour said she felt incredibly sad for Sarah and her whole family but was glad for some closure.

“It’s been horrendous ... we’ve had federal police in our street ... it’s frightening to my girls,” she said.

“When we moved in, he (Borce) came over with his daughter and brought wine and flowers - he was very hospitable,”

“It’s been a fiasco ... it’s been over a year, we need some closure,” she said.

Borce Ristevski charged with wife Karen Ristevski’s murder

Why federal police?

Same article and title....today.

“It’s been horrendous ... we’ve had police in our street ... it’s frightening for my girls,” she said.

“When we moved in, he (Borce) came over with his daughter and brought wine and flowers — he was very hospitable. But it’s been a fiasco ... it’s been over a year, we need some closure,” she said.

So federal has been removed.

What would have been happening for the girls to be frightened?

Good detail pick up! Why remove this word? What’s the bet the “new” version is trotted our a few more times to help the original get lost in the sea of information. By to what end? What’s the purpose? Mmmm

'It won't end well': Husband of Karen Ristevski to enter protective custody where insiders say he could get bashed after being charged with his wife's murder

This means Borce Ristevski will likely spend his Christmas behind bars.
Prison sources have told the Herald Sun the 53-year-old will likely spend the rest of the week in holding cells beneath the Magistrate's Court, where the screams of other inmates can be heard throughout the building.
Mr Ristevski will likely then move on to the Metropolitan Remand Centre at Ravenhall, about 20 kilometres from the Melbourne CBD, over the weekend.

A high-profile criminal lawyer told the paper a 'strange code of ethics' among prisoners meant Ristevski could face a backlash when he does come into contact with others.
'He might get bashed, but he might not,' they said.

'[Inmates] don't stand for wife beaters. And if then they think you've killed one, it won't end well.'

What a shame.

yea, and what about that $800.00 that Borce said was in her handbag?.. he said he had counted it.. ( odd, in my opinion, but hey, not my lifestyle )..

Did it ever exist?

Of course, this was when Borce was trying to gee up a story about a couple of strangers, homing in with super powers on Karen's handbag, with their x-ray eyes, spotting the loose $800 bucks.... .

Then again, I figure the story of the walk to clear the head thing has to be totally discarded as well. Which leaves us back to what Borce said. They had an argument about money.

What a shame.

haha.. this is some ex - prisoners association that bungs up these stories in newspapers at the drop of a hat. "we only bash up wife beaters'.. or. ' we only dong kid killers'.. or
' we extract revenge on people wot batter old ladies'..

Fact is, in prison , anyone can cop a hiding, Borce will anyway because he has had police strolling thru all the contacts Borce claimed. half of which were meaningless. .. and besides, Borce has that kind of face that attracts lunatics.

On remand isn't that safe, really. Its a bit of a free for all , at the best of times, and this isn't the best of times to be in remand. Short staffed , 2 meals a day, dinner at 3pm then lockup. Awfully unpleasant..

Merry Xmas, Borce..
