If the evidence can rule a person out, why not officially rule of the boyfriend?? Makes no sense. Jmo
 
I have a feeling that when we find out all the facts it is going to be very extremely shocking. Why else would they be keeping everything so hush-hush?

iirc, the links re: foreclosure was on a closed thread from days ago. Sorry I don't have it handy but I do remember reading it.

I have never seen said link. The old thread is still viewable and no link. The home that was brought up in which IS in foreclosure and going to auction IS in the same complex of Allison's condo but IS NOT the one she owns. If you review all the records on the county recorder there are NO foreclosures for Allison's property.

I'm not that familiar with the addresses to know what was the current address and what was former address. But here is just one of several in the thread discussing it:

Assignment of deed of trust from Quicken Loans MML to Green Tree Servicing LLC 2/9/15.

It was a change from one finance company to another.........weird thing is I found another property, a condo, also under AF's name, that went up for a Trustee's sale recorded on 2/20/15. (8500 E. Indian School Rd. #240)

Thank you for posting. Links are no good. The property was confused as being Allison's but it's unit 233 that went to auction on the exact dates she gave. Allison's condo is in good standing.
 
Our local news here in Scottsdale just had an update stating the SPD has confirmed that they have DNA from AF murderer. They stated there is a $1000.00 reward for info leading to an arrest.

Is it possible they are closely watching a suspect or suspects and putting out the DNA info may prompt the suspect to make a move to leave the area and they can move in at that time? That assumes they have been unable to obtain a DNA sample directly from the suspect of course. I keep thinking it is a former boyfriend or acquaintance that was jealous of her soon to be fiance.

Which news outlet was that Mary? I heard them say and read that they have "physical evidence" but haven't heard or read anywhere yet that it was definitely DNA.

Allison's old condo neighborhood. It's only like one minute away from her house where she was murdered. I just took this pic. Creepy feeling.

I wanted to see if there was a for sale sign in front of her condo so we could squash the foreclosure rumors if they aren't true.

ETA : I can't figure out how to rotate and I can't remove the thumbnails either.

It is interesting to note that Alluson lived in her old neighborhood in the condo for approximately 8 years.

Then she moved to the new house ( only one minute away ) and was murdered in it before she had lived there ten months.

I don't know what this is an indicator of but it might mean something. Certain things besides Alluson moving into a new house changed in those ten months.

Remember her FB post?

"New house, new man, new job role" words to that effect.

What else changed?
 
I think Allison did know her attacker. And I think she opened her door that night to let in someone she had no fear of whatsoever.

Why did this person want to kill Allison?

What would you say the top 3 motives would be?
 
I wonder why it has been reported the time Allison spoke with her mother on the phone that Tuesday around 7:00 pm. And it has been reported what time the text from her father didn't go through. Around 10:00 pm. But it has never been reported at what time the boyfriend left her house that day or that night.

I wonder why we have never been given this information. We've only been told that she kicked him out and told him to "go home and study and have some quiet time".

I wonder if Allison told her parents she did this or if Alex told them.

I wonder if that's what really happened.
