Poor woman. Is it possible to know if she gave birth? I can't figure out what the tattoo represents. I also wonder if this was a tattoo in only black and no colors. I guess they would have added that. No pierced ears? In the sketch it looks she has some kind of stud in her right ear. It also looks like she could have a mole on the left cheekbone. Thoughts?

The placement of the scars makes me think this might have been an individual with mental health issues. Also probably right handed.
