Interesting. Her skull was "old" (as in not recently deceased when found) like I suspect these bones to be as well. I think both cases involve bones purchased on the black market for ritual/religious purpose.

Not sure this means anything, but both Port Jervis and the location of these bones are on the border of NJ and NY....does that have significance or just coincidence, idk.

I think both cases have to do with Santeria....but I fully admit I'm stuck on that theory (will change my mind if info dictates a different direction, of course!).

Interesting about a pager being found. Lisa Shuttleworth went missing from SC in 2003 and she was said to have a pager. Her height is listed as 5'3" and her age (34) is within range:

The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

SC - SC - Lisa Shuttleworth, 34, Aiken County, 4 Sept 2003

If anyone thinks Lisa is a good possibility, please send it in. Her parents DNA is available for comparison according to her NAMUS profile. I'm only suggesting here. Thanks.

per iulia's post, the uid appears to be male.

Oops, you are right! I don't know why I was thinking it was a female.

At least we can say definitely not Lisa. I found 2 cases of males that went missing with pagers:

Michael Azzaro: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)
Freddy Murguia: The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs)

Both are from California and neither really fit the age and height demographics. They both seem unlikely IMO.

Any updates?
