Leitch gives a last hypothetical: If the person in the passenger seat was shot from the front and the rear. Again, Jones says he can't say for sure. The front seats and carpeting are missing, and that makes it harder to examine. "I'm suspecting that there was information that might have helped me out, and that's why they're missing," Jones says.

Leucomalichite green is used to test areas for blood, Jones says. Even if there is a cleanup, the test will show blood if hemoglobin still exists there.

I think they are just saying that TB was right in front of the glove box (ie: in the passenger seat) when he was shot.....not saying where the shot came from. MOO

The leucomalichite green also shows two spots on the interior roof of the driver's side visor. The chemical leaves a green hue where hemoglobin is discovered.

The fluorescent glow of Luminol testing positive for blood is all over the side of the truck -- but Jones cautions that a hose used in an attempt to clean up blood would spray hemoglobin around. Some of it could be caused by water beading. "You could have blood anywhere."

My opinion is that he is telegraphing a message to CN that he considers himself " married " to her. It might be an attempt to manipulate her emotions so that she will go easier on him during her testimony. This would be classical psychopathic behaviour. They always act in their own best interests, and try to control and manipulate the emotions of others. IMO
