Fresno sheriff's detectives still seeking help ID'ing remains
The Fresno BeeApril 7, 2014 Updated 6 hours ago
Fresno County sheriff's detectives are still seeking the public's help in identifying human remains discovered late last month southeast of Easton.
The remains, which were found March 26 near a ponding basin near the intersection of Orange and Adams avenues, are estimated to be anywhere from three months to one year old.
Detectives believe the victim is a Hispanic male, 25-40 years of age, 5-foot-6 to 5-7 with a thin build. Clothing found at the scene included a dark-colored belt with a silver belt buckle that has an old English letter "D" on it.
Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Donna Davis at (559) 360-9187, the Sheriff's Office at 600-3111, or CrimeStoppers at 498-7867.
