I keep wondering about the police raid of her home on Oct 29. Police had already entered her home before that date, to do a wellness check, and everything looked fine in the home except for no sign of Heidi, nor her dog or car.

So, what did they learn in the interim to believe they’d be walking into a crime scene, one where one reporter claimed a source told them they were expecting a dead body?

Great point. I think many have been perplexed by this. Why would she be there after having been gone a week earlier? Or were they looking for someone else?

Okay, bear with me here. So there are so many things being thrown out on here about this case. What if it turned out to be something much more simple. What if her disappearance had nothing to do with, her ex, her work, or her simply taking off. What if she was in the alley for a reason? What if she was there to pick up something? Her ex said she was antsy at the ballgame and left early. Why would you go to a random alley behind an apartment, that seems might have some issues, to walk your dog? Her being there is just odd IMO. So was she there for a specific reason and that pickup went bad? Again just throwing this out there as a possibililty. No assumptions, no accusations.
I agree that HP being fearful may be totally unrelated to being at H+F. MOO

Yes, Occam's Razor applies. And Occam's Razor has rarely let me down.

That said, if something happened in the alley, I can't explain how her dog would have ended up on the 28th floor - or 29th, as there are contradictory statements - without making too many assumptions.

Although, if someone met her in the alley and escorted her into the building, we may have a simple enough scenario.

Valet parking for H+F is in the alley. It could be as simple as HP was seen on video valeting her Range Rover and entering the building. IF this is the case, the real questions are was she ever seen on video again (alone or with a resident) and did she ever make it back to her car?

LE is uber tight-lipped about this case. It seems to me that once they released info that she was seen on video in the alley they locked things down. IMO, they likely have a good idea of what happened to her at this point. Silence speaks volumes.

MOO.

"F. Heidi was carjacked or kidnapped and Seven jumped out in the process and some nice people took him home."

I am leaning towards^^^ F.

I know, I know, someone said the good samaritans said they found him in the hallway. But I am not convinced that is fully credible info. Not sure if they ever said that , nor sure that they wouldn't have said it, even if they had found him outside, just to cover themselves, for taking the pup home.

It doesn't make sense that, IF she was harmed or abducted by someone in the building, that they would release her dog in the building. JMO
Agree with not releasing the dog if it was someone in the building but as far as leaning towards that theory the only thing that doesn't add up is it would be pretty darn unlucky/coincidental to leave both of your phones at home, be antsy at a game, leave before it is over, go to the building or somewhere around there for whatever reason, park and take your dog in the alley and then get back in the car to just happen to get carjacked and vanish along with your car. But it COULD happen and she is so tiny they could have disposed of her and put other plates on the car, sold it etc.

If she had her phone on her, seemed normal at the game, stayed the whole time, was going over to a friends or somewhere in area and never made it and the carjacker didn't want to mess with the dog and just let it out on the street or in the building I could maybe see that happening, just a regular day and becoming an unlucky target bc of your car but with all of the other factors/variables taken into consideration, it just seems like that would be too coincidental. What sticks out to me though is not having a phone, I would think that if she realized that and she had somewhere to be she would have left the game even earlier to swing by and pick one of them up...unless she had a third "batphone" or burner phone...

I also still feel like we don't know about the dog enough, I wish the people that had 7 for a week would say if where they found him/her bc if that was clarified it would help coming up with possible theories because that really changes everything. For me there are just too many conflicting reports saying dog was found in the building, dog was found roaming the 28th or 29th floor, her dog was found ON the 28th or 29th floor which could simply just mean found on as in that is the floor the people caring for 7 lived on...

This just popped a thought off in my head - is this why JW took BW to the police station with him? Corroboration?
In the missing persons report JW gave he said that he told BW he was going be at school to pick him up just in case HP did not show since they were unable to get a hold of her for a couple days. He said that when she didnt even show up there which she had also never done that they went straight to the police dept to report her missing. It was made at 3:30 so right after he picked him up and she was a no show.

The people who found the dog definitely said he was wandering on their floor. As far as not having her phone, we discussed this and I think only 1 phone was left at home and 1 phone is missing. MOO

Right, JW did just say he turned over her work phone which forwarded calls to her phone. But what is weird though is why would he even take that? If he was trying to get #s for her friends and family wouldnt that most likely be on her personal phone. Could be on both I suppose? And as far as the dog, until I read a direct quote or see an interview I feel like we cannot verify for sure, especially considering the friend corrected the one reporter saying 29th not 28th so I just dont know for sure.

This dog thing kept me up last night. As in how did Seven land on the 28th floor. These two trains of thought stick with me.

1. Simplest explanation is that HP went to an apartment on the 28th floor. And do we know which building this was in? There are two separate buildings: Hope+Flower.

2. HP was kidnapped/dragged from/harmed in an elevator and her dog was left behind. Someone hit the button on the 28th floor and when the doors opened, the dog wandered out. Maybe the couple found him when he wandered out. I've read resident reviews stating there are a lot of dogs in the building and also dog urine in the hallways. Anyone else who saw him might have thought he was just loose in the building a belonged to a resident.

I know there are other possible scenarios. Thoughts?

MOO.
