Her family runs a fbook page and it looks like her hair was auburn when she was last seen. What was her tattoo about?

Can any sleuthers find a marriage license? Someone alluded to the fact that she was known for being in a band, then abruptly left the band, announced a marriage, deleted all social media, then disappeared... Wish we had more info.

I am like a brother to Lily. Her brother and I have been friends for almost 30 years. Her natural hair color is blonde. I do not think she is voluntarily missing anymore. I believe Vincent Serati (her "husband") knows either where lily is or something about her disappearance. Today is Lily's 39th birthday! We miss you Lily and love you!!
