Actor Gabriel Olds has been arrested and charged with seven counts of sexual assault, say police.

Charges against Olds include rape, rape of an unconscious person, sodomy, assault with intent to commit rape, and injury on a girlfriend or significant other.

The LAPD shared the news on Aug. 7 as they announced that they were looking for any other possible victims and witnesses to come forward with information regarding Olds' alleged crimes.

Olds is now being held in custody with bail set at $3.5 million. If convicted as charged, he faces a maximum sentence of life in prison.

The case remains under investigation by the LAPD and detectives believe there may be additional victims who have yet to be identified.

I bristled at that too. the headlines (People and several other outlets) suggest he is a regular cast member on NCIS. He was not. He has played a decent amount of roles in television series but none appear to have been as recurring character or anything of that nature.
