If the death penalty is repealed...does that mean that they will ask for life without parole? I really wish they were going for that now, instead of the death sentence. I don't think California actually puts people to death, they usually die of natural causes anyway! Her poor family.

Please be advised. California may have the death penalty. But they never use it.

Scott Peterson is still a happy go lucky California death row inmate. And he looks very healthy and has no worries of walking the plank since California rarely utilities the actual punishment of death. Jmo

So California should substitute the death penalty. For a 24 hr/7 day a week lock down in a 7x7 cell for life with out parole and without tv or the comfort of the chance to be around any other inmate.

Just you and the roaches in a 7x7 cell for life. Jmo
