It's subsidized gas that's used for farm vehicles and machines.

Would the presence of purple gas indicate that the land was used for farming? Sorry if it's a silly question, but I just want to know it's significance to this case.

If there is a purple gas tank, which looks a bit like a propane tank in shape (horizontal cylinder raised several feet off the ground, then the property is a working farm, as it is only allowed for farmers/ranchers.

LoisLane, this is interesting. Do you suppose DG was involved with AH at some capacity?

Here is one of my posts a couple weeks ago. Also, I would be interested to know who funds the JDR establishment and see if it coincides with Stan Laurels posts of that money scammer guy and others... can't remember his name at the moment... will look at it later.

Here is the link for Anina Hundsdoerfer
http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/edmon...monton-scientist-anina-hundsdoerfer-1.2644656

I am reading about Garland and it reminds me of the missing, found dead woman from Edmonton. Her name is AH. She was a scientific researcher and found dead in a forest between Nordeg and Rocky Mtn. House. Her death was reported publicly on May 15, 2014. The connection to science is eery. Her colleagues and friends and roommate are all folowers of John de Ruiter based in Edmonton, he is basically a twisted cult leader. As I cross-checked names (fb) I could not find any linked to O or L, but some of the friends (scientists) have chemical mixing as expertise and are followers of JDR. What if something from her case (death was released as non-criminal) could help towards the O-L case?

I noticed in one of the pics on the kijiji estae sale adv. the presence of angel statues.. Like a shrine... Were they into anything such as JDR?

Coincidentally the JDR was holding a meeting of sorts that weekend in Edmonton and than supposedly shut down in the summer. If you search the name and see the web page and FB pics, they travel all over the world, have young children in most pics of community events etc. I could speculate a whole drama for this. Anyway the timing is so recent and the science connection peaked my interest. What if??? I have presented my concern to reporter at CH and publicly in the CH forum but it was never approved for posting, but that was also in timing when they stopped posting public comments in the Live feed. But I was told the police do review it so. I threw it out there. I will appeal to a reporter who did a story on JDR and his cult and see if they connect the dots for AH sake.

Do you suppose that DG knew AH at some capacity?

OK my chemist friend says it is unlikely those chemicals had anything to do with meth but they are all widely used in the petroleum industry.

I'm beginning to think maybe DG sold AL a bunch of chemicals and never got paid and that was the final straw for him and he just snapped. I wonder if DG is one of the creditors in the bankruptcy.
I wondered the same thing. Additionally, I have pontificated whether DG saw the kijiji ad for the estate sale and went to 'collect' money by waiting till the end of the sale knowing large amounts of cash was likely available.

It is more difficult to cheat with essays today. With problem solving assignments where, for example, engineering software is used, there are also cheat detections, but students don't yet know how to get around it. Students caught cheating on assignments and exams today are given a slap on the wrist, told not to do it again, and that's that. I'm pretty sure that instructors eventually decide that if the department doesn't care, there's no point in wasting time bringing the cheating to their attention.

Do you have sources for these statements?

In realty, the fleshy remains would be long gone before harvesting. They would be in the field for 3 months or so and the bones would be picked cleaned by birds, coyotes or foxes.

I don't pretend to know for sure, but I would think any bones could tangle in the equipment. That's why rocks are picked out of the fields every year. Even a rock picker would expose human remains .

I am wondering why DG was active on the technology forum[modsnip]. I know nothing about machinery, but his questions on that forum all related to equipment repairs. I wonder if those were farming equipment. Why would he repair them if he wasn't using them (i.e., for farming purposes)? Scratching my head...

I most definetly think it could be possible. Another thing I can point out is that quite a few of these people (JDR followers) are employed by the Govt. of AB.

I have spent the morning looking for the second picture. Which has mysteriously disappeared from my facebook, friends facebook and can no longer be located in Any of the news articles. Does anyone else recall the initial release of the image of the truck which had 2 different images? One had that white car in the back ground and the other did not. ? If not then I will recant my previous statment and rest on thr fact I thought I seen more then what was there. this picture does not show the white t shirt nor the wrist watch. I remember looking at it with my mom and pointing the wrist watch out. But I suppose thats not helpful if we can't actually find the photo in question.

Is it possible the picture may have looked like this one? I remember someone had shown a composite of the pic released by LE and a street view to show the truck in relation to the stop sign and camera location.....it's from Oct 2012 I believe.....

ETA: camera= cctv....not...the google camera ;)

Can I just ask why you think it's possible? AH was a specialist in Pine Beetles not a chemist. There are a lot of scientists in Alberta, they don't all know each other and DG isn't even an accredited scientist so I hardly think he travelled in the legitimate scientific circles.

I don't disagree that Nordegg or Rocky Mountain House are also reasonably sites to consider. But about a year ago, I had to find a farm out in that area north of Cochrane, west or northwest of Airdrie. There was no one out there but me and the cows. And that was in the daytime. I didn't see a human for a long time, in fact, until the farmer I was meeting showed up.

As for dumping on farm land, if there is a crop, it's not planted right to the roadside. Plus some of that land is grazing land, not crop land. I doubt cattle would dig up buried, lye-covered bodies. And finally, I don't think DG would have had any difficulty taking the time to dig holes and bury the bodies. He appears to be physically strong, and he had at least all night to do it.

I'm not putting this out there as a theory I'm hooked on, just that I live in Calgary and there are endless places the bodies could be, and that would not necessarily involve a lot of driving.

It's a very populated area...I think in order for him to sleep at night, he would take special care that they would not be found. I think a roadside drop would be out of the question.
All summer long there are people scrounging for cans and bottles in the ditches all over the prairies. You see vehicles idling while people walk along and collect them.
I could be wrong, but aren't crops and cattle rotated from season to season? What is grazing land one month, is summer-fallow the next month?

I think it is possible because of a possibility of mutual aquaintences, who are alumni of UofA, some of which have chemical mixing in the background. Also, the JDR followers are skilled scientists of different specialties, plus architects, engineers, etc. IMO... It's a small world afterall...

In the news article you linked above, I think it said that LE is not treating AH's death as criminal.
I am sure LE is looking into any other unsolved murder cases in the area to see if there is a possible connection to DG. For example, LE is looking into this unsolved case:

Yes, I am also aware of the case you linked. I still think even if AH was determined a suicide or not criminal, it warrants a second look.

Not great but who knows if they might have had evidence on them thus, desposed of in the river.
Remember at this point DG doesn't know his truck was spotted on CCTV so I think with the timing of the estate sale, he wanted to make the crime look like a robbery gone bad. IMO

What would be the chances AL would even have his glasses on after leaving the home (likely deceased) that evening?

I still think that it's a working farm, and that there's purple gas in one of the tanks on the property. I'm sure that there are jerry cans on the property too.

It is. There are bales and a tractor on the field in the google earth photo.
