The Winnipeg Police Service is requesting the public’s assistance in locating missing 23 year old Keltie MONAGHAN

MONAGHAN was last seen in the area of Wolseley and West Broadway on August 6 2024 and has not been heard from or seen since.

MONAGHAN is described as 5’2” in height, thin build, short length brown hair, and hazel eyes.

Police are concerned for MONAGHAN’s well-being and are asking anyone with information regarding the whereabouts to contact the Winnipeg Police Service Missing Persons Unit at 204-986-6250.

I really hope Keltie is found and helped in a timely and appropriate manner. I have been reading their posts and my heart breaks for them. I lived in Winnipeg in my youth and vividly remember victim blaming and the complete lack of support for those who experienced sexual assault, physical assault, racism, sexism or harassment. Even with a new government with an ambitious Indigenous leader who is trying to affect positive changes, it still takes years to make those changes. We don't have enough doctors to go around in this province, making proper care very difficult, especially for the vulnerable and the newly arrived.
