Friends and neighbours have gone to great lengths to extend the search for Jessica. Three 40-foot banners with her description and picture have been posted along the 401 in the Belleville-Kingston corridor. Dan Goldfarb, a neighbour of Lloyd’s, organized the printing and posting of the banners.
“Only one person needs to see it,” he said.

New Developments in Jessica Lloyd News Conference Today

Police aren’t commenting on reports an arrest has been made in the Jessica Lloyd case. Our newsroom has learned that a suspect has been arrested but Belleville Police will not comment and Deputy Chief Paul Vandegraaf says a news conference will take place later this morning….possibly at the Wally Dever Arena.
